Age: 32
Place of Birth: █████████ , United Kingdom
Department: Research
Clearance: CL 3
Background:
Dr Thedore Peterson Started his Foundation career as a low-level behavioural researcher, known more for his eccentric and obsessive personality than for any meaningful breakthroughs. Quietly, however, Walter was running an unsanctioned side project in an unused containment chamber, Project HAMLET. The goal: to create hyper-coordinated, genetically altered hamsters capable of group-based tactical response and decision-making.
Post-HAMLET Era:
At Site-65, Thedore underwent psychological evaluation and reconditioning, eventually earning back limited research privileges. Surprisingly, he adapted. Without the burden of secrecy, his work began to flourish in new directions, particularly in memetic behaviour theory, ethical risk management, and the anomalous influence of social organisms.
Though still quirky and distant, he became known for:
Current Role & Research Focus:
Dr Theodre attempts to manage ethically grey or behaviorally unpredictable anomalies, not because he’s morally clean, but because he knows what happens when you go too far. Strives to write dangerous test proposals, and spearheads narrative-driven research arcs involving SCPs like 999, 035, 912, and others with influence over group dynamics or cognition.
Personality:
Not Hot-headed, . Thedore now values control, discipline, and transparency, not because he always believes in them, but because he knows the cost of what happens without them. His loyalty to the Foundation isn’t perfect, but it’s real. And earned.
This much.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?
- I’ve written numerous high-quality research documents, continually striving to improve upon my previous work and experimenting with various formats.
- I collaborate well with others, always looking to involve others with my tests and attempting to scale them up to include others. I have taken an interest in cross-department collaborations and am actively pushing to create more scenarios where they can be applicable
- I actively assist newer researchers by offering guidance on test procedures, document writing, and SCP info.

- Grade documents and provide feedback to help others improve.
- Maintain professionalism and act as a role model for new and existing researchers.
- Organise and approve large-scale or high-risk experiments.
- Maintain good relations with other departments and site administrators.

Though still quirky and distant, he became known for:
- Low-risk behavioural testing done by the book
- Refusing to work with genetically engineered creatures ever again (at least publicly)
