Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine?
-The reason I wish to apply for the position of Director of Medicine is that I want to ensure the highest standard of medical care for all personnel. I possess extensive experience in medical leadership, crisis management, and patient care, and I feel I can provide the necessary guidance and organization to keep the medical department functioning and ready. This position would allow me to employ the skills I have learned in saving lives and enhancing health protocols and support the broader mission of the organization.
What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?:
-I had lot of experience in the Medical Department
Helping people With their Injurys, Giving them Medicine, And helping the Wounded who Protect our Foundation From Invanders and Anomaly's
And helping the Test subjects who came from Test.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?:
-In ensuring that all medical personnel-Sr. Doctor's,Combat medic's, trainee's, Pharmacist's, Doctor's and Consultant's, equipped, and ready to respond to emergencies.
Assignment of duties and coordination of shifts are done to make sure that there is 24/7 coverage of medical services.
Sets standards of care specific to normal and anomalous injuries.

History:
Peterson was drafted during the Vietnam conflict into the United States Army, and there he served as a Combat Medic. It was said that he had never wasted a wounded man in battle; hence he would carry these men through gunfire to safety. Such experiences left deep psychological scars in his soul and fostered his lifelong drive to preserve life at any cost.
Upon returning home, Peterson went into medical education and became a trainne in the Site-65 Medical Department After 15 years of working there
