The Nu-7 Marksman's grass-style helmet works fine color-wise in snowy environments since it’s mostly white, but the shape and size of it make your head way too easy to spot, especially from a distance. It kind of sticks out awkwardly and becomes an easy target, which puts players at a disadvantage even though the camo should be helping. Maybe the shape could be tweaked or streamlined a bit so it doesn’t make you stand out so much.
