1 warning for FearRP - I thought I broke line of sight but I was unfortunately incorrect.
PREAMBLE: Some of you might be inclined to ask about my ‘recent roleplay’ so I’ll make sure to say it here to avoid clogging the comment section:
A lot of my recent roleplay has involved Epsilon-11 as it’s my current regiment to which I’ve dedicated a decent chunk of my time to. I’ve been involved in things like passive breaches, leading SCPs across site and creating roleplay with them, crosstests, crosstrainings with GOIs and other site combatives and I’ve assumed a teacher role within E-11, ensuring that our Enlisted and fellow NCOs do a good job.
I’ve also been heavily involved in the creation and further development of the squad system that’s now fully implemented in Epsilon-11 and played a crucial role as a supervisor.
On GOC I’ve made documents and created roleplay as part of 656 - I was working on a big project that I sadly had to quit as I’ve decided to leave GOC due to matters I won’t discuss openly ( Sorry DoR and DoM ). Other than those I’ve also made lots of internal roleplay within the faction - This also applies to E-11.
I’d also like to bring attention to the fact that I’ve reused some points and the lore. This is because so far the criticism around it has been non-existent and I still believe the points to be correct still.
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I’m applying for Site Advisor firstly because I like ‘Executive’ positions in this server - They allow for a more people-oriented approach to SCP RP. While I did busy myself with my LT work and did interact with others as the Trainings and Requirements Manager I still had to spend a good chunk of my time as a combative and that unfortunately doesn’t allow for as much fun RP as do the executive positions ( Assistants, FCOM, RSD CL4 and SA ).
Other than that, I’m a big fan of what Site Admin does overall - It involves a lot of interactions and problem-solving which I did enjoy immensely as both ECA and OSA. I’ve always enjoyed and still do enjoy partaking in such positions where I have to examine the resources I have and distribute them to the right personnel - Of course, my resources here are practically limitless but it still does present me with scenarios where ‘funding’ something just isn’t necessary.
There are many RP opportunities in Site-65’s walls and to be able to take a major role within them and contribute as well as create new ones is very inspiring to me. I hope to take up this role and be able to walk around the site, chatting with people and checking up on the projects they’re working on whilst giving them new ideas and projects to work on.
In short, Site Administration allows me to take a more passive roleplay stance and fittingly immerse myself within Site-65’s many ‘events’. It gives me the opportunity to teach, help and manage - All the things I’ve always been a fan of.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
EXPERIENCE
My original ‘tour’ of CN’s SCPRP took me from Dec 2022 to April 2023. During that time I involved myself with multiple MTFs as well as ECA and OSA ( At the same time mind you ) as well as GSD CPT as part of [AS] ( Academy of Security - The more teaching focused subregiment for GSD’s CL4 personnel ).
All of those positions gave me great insight into Site-65's inner workings and although it’s been 2 years, the knowledge still sticks with me and allows me to understand the site a lot better.
Alongside that, in recent times I’ve also become a CL4 within Epsilon-11. I’ve used my time as a LT wisely and gained more knowledge on how to rightly lead and assist the lower ranks in becoming great members of E-11.
LEADERSHIP
I believe my lengthy list of CL4 roles speaks for itself but let me go further in depth as to why I believe it does:
First I started as a GSD CPT, keeping D-block in check and as many of you know, it’s pretty hecktick, especially at high pop. Ensuring that all the Cadets were well-informed as well as educated on how to deal with Class-D personnel. I worked well with ISD ( Then IA ) to keep them informed on the FLC and CoE.
Other than that, I took charge as both ECA and OSA ( Mostly ECA ) and kept the respective regiments chugging along in times of hardship. Taking on more of a friend and teacher role, I ensured they ran like a well-oiled machine. I always listened to them and adjusted my behaviour accordingly and always tried to bring the best out of them.
This mirrors my 2025 ‘tenure’ as LT. Despite the fact that I’ve only been one for a relatively short time I’ve worked hard and have inspired my fellow E-11s to work just as hard and roleplay well. Many come to me for assistance and I gladly provide. I lead them in Code 5s and make sure to remind them of their duties and should they fail I try to be cordial and correct them for the future.
COMMUNICATION & AVAILABILITY
I highly value communication as I see it as a skill and a very important one at that. Not many people give it much significance but it is a crucial skill to have when in any executive role. Communication is key and I believe I’ve used my skill to my advantage at every turn to extract useful information and use it to assist those in need. My current E-11 tenure has made it very apparent that I’ve used it to its potential and as T&R Manager I’ve ensured many of the Enlisted and NCOs were well informed of their requirements for promotion and how to assemble trainings with peak efficiency.
I’ve of course also used it to develop good interdepartmental relations whenever I could as we sometimes need to be reminded that we’re on the same side. It’s hard to remember that as we all have our ideas but gently reminding others that we are working towards a common goal has truly helped in establishing more peaceful relations.
Although recently I’ve taken a slight break ( Been playing other games ) I’ve always been available for my regiment and would get on to help whenever needed and still do - One needn’t always be in game to help others out, either with useful information or with guidance on how to deal with certain subjects.
I think both of these are very important skills for any aspiring member of Site Admin as its members must carefully examine and impartially solve any interdepartmental issues and then try to keep them on track to success. Likewise I also believe that an available one can inspire success in those they help. This is greatly exemplified in the ‘Liaison’ program that SA does - Having someone to bounce ideas off of and receive help from on the fly pushes people into working just as hard to complete their objectives and create new ones.
DOCUMENTATION
Despite having English as a second language ( ESL ), I’ve greatly enjoyed and still do enjoy creating documents and guides for the uninformed - As a matter of fact, I’m working on one right now but had to halt it to write this application and the new lore. You can expect to see it soon though.
A good chunk of my documentation is from my GOC tenure where I wrote about SCPs, be they event ones or otherwise. I was also preparing a major project which required lots of documentation work but due to my departure from GOC have unfortunately discarded most of the work.
Other than that, I also made a few documents for E-11 but mostly to suggest changes - This was before I got CO. As CO though I assisted in creating the AB test as well as educational slideshow alongside its new supervisor ( I stepped down in order to hand over the reins ).
DIPLOMACY
I believe myself to be rather skilled in the field of diplomacy as I’ve gone out of my way several times to keep interdepartmental relations good - As assistant on both sides I ensured that then ISD ( Now AO ) kept a nice image across the departments ( As they were seen as snobby and rude at the time ).
I also did a good chunk of work on GOC and worked to improve relations between Foundation and GOC ( At the time of me joining they were poor and by the time I left GOC we had improved relations with Foundation significantly, enough so that GOC were handing E-11 Kbars and a Mauler ). I also managed to acquire a whitelist for the ‘Attaché’ role which is a heavy RP role requiring lots of RP skill and knowledge. The lore which I wrote for it was and probably still is one of the longest if not the longest one for an attaché character.
Now, as an E-11 LT, I again find myself putting out fires and doing my best to secure positive relations between my and other MTFs as well as other departments. Keeping good relations insures greater success for the Foundation as a whole and I believe that so far I’ve done a fine job at it.
I would also like to add that I’m an impartial judge. Whenever something is brought to me to examine I try to look at both sides without instantly passing judgement. I try to observe what kind of people are involved and what have they done and why before making assumptions. I do my utmost to keep it fair as I’ve seen what unfair judgement does.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Name: Timothy Edward Day

Driver’s Licence: AM, A, B1, B,C1, C, D, C1E, CE, D1E, DE
As he walked down the street he felt as if he was being watched, a feeling he had felt before, of someone watching him. Similarly-dressed figures kept showing up around his residence and local area. The once lively Portsmouth of Summer now felt dreary…
Timothy Edward Day had spent his entire youth worrying about time, how it flowed and how to properly use it. Time as a resource was very valuable to the young lad. As he grew, he made sure to prioritise punctuality and professionalism as he’d use it to show respect to those he admired ( Namely his friends, family and teachers ) which later in his life pushed him to pursue similar roles - Those of a teacher. Although he would not become one, putting himself in similar situations gave him joy; the smile on people’s faces as he taught them new skills warmed his heart during the snowy winter of Portsmouth.
He worked hard in school to get the proper marks as he wished to attend prestigious colleges like those in Cambridge or Oxford. His punctuality stood out here as other students sloppily finished their works while his one was always prim and proper and most importantly.. on time. He continued his study of all things time-related, carefully observing chronometry as well as things like history and physics. Although he wasn’t particularly interested in these subjects, observing the flow of time mattered lots to him. It surprised no one then that upon finishing his high school education he’d go on to study at a prestigious university. Oxford offered the programmes that he sought after and with his family’s middle-upper class income he managed to secure himself a flat in the area.
University life went on as any other, working hard, relaxing on the weekends and partaking in an odd job here and there - Timothy was living the high life and nothing could top it. During the start of the Winter break, Timothy and some colleagues of his decided to go to Vermont to explore the Eastern U.S. and partake in its culture. The first few days were great, their sightseeing was fruitful and the long walks around the state’s many national parks like the Green Mountain National Forest. He’d go on walks and runs more and more - Jogging gave him a nice outlet to relax and explore the local flora. On one of these jogs he’d find himself ducking and weaving through the forest and eventually ended up in a small town, it felt mostly abandoned with a few residents here and there. Not too long would he find himself on the other side, jogging through an empty neighbourhood where he witnessed a car chase - “Nothing out of the ordinary” he thought to himself as that’s how he saw America with his limited pool of knowledge. However, after taking the same route the following day he saw an eerily similar occurrence, then again the next day. On the fourth day he decided to come earlier than usual and observe to see what was truly happening and as he predicted - just in time, the vehicles turned the corner. This time, he felt a presence watching him so he continued onward. The thought of telling his friends about this crossed his mind but out of fear of being called crazy he kept it to himself. After their Vermont holiday came to an end, he decided to start digging deeper into this phenomenon.
Upon his return, his once clean flat had now turned ‘upside down’ so to speak. Papers, pictures and sticky notes littered his study and living room as he hoped to find out more about the event. His university life went on mostly unchanged but something always felt a bit off, as if it was different somehow. At first he assumed he was just being paranoid, this wasn’t anything particularly new to him but he just couldn’t shake the feeling. Over the years he began noticing similarly-dressed figures around the campus and his place of residence and began taking different routes home - Even entering through the window one crazy evening.
During his final college years he began working on larger and larger projects, involving significant amounts of people. He often volunteered his flat as a gathering place to organise everything where he’d assume the position of a leader, ensuring all his colleagues were performing at peak efficiency. Timothy would graduate in the Spring of [ REDACTED BY S.A. ] and return to Portsmouth where he’d be employed at the local library. His library days would be spent reading all sorts of books, although most of them were comics and artbooks. He’d pick up a hobby of drawing and incorporate it into his research. All this time he had still been looking into that ‘event’ that occurred in America. Elaborate drawings now made up the many piles of papers that he moved to his new house. Sketches of the vehicles, of the environment and a detailed graphic on the events. Now, however, the once few people in suits increased their presence - He thought he had left it all behind in Oxford but now they were close to home.
By Autumn of [ REDACTED BY S.A. ] the young man was promoted to a more managerial position, assuming command of shipping, personnel and subscriptions. Timothy had proved himself a valuable employee and for that was rewarded greatly. The work never stopped for the new manager, especially if he wanted to maintain the punctuality he cherished so much. No sloppy work would be allowed in his library, everything had to be pristine and well-maintained, even the delivery vans. With schedules met, books shipped out and employees and customers satisfied, Timothy decided to close it for the Winter holidays and spend some time alone. On December [ REDACTED ] he decided to go for a short walk through the snow to gather his thoughts on the case…
As he walked down the street he felt as if he was being watched, a feeling he had felt before, of someone watching him. Similarly-dressed figures kept showing up around his residence and local area. The once lively Portsmouth of Summer now felt dreary… A blanket of snow had covered the streets of Portsmouth, engulfing its tiny alleyways and freezing its ports. A quiet Winter had come to England but even through the silent snow could one hear those heavy and harsh footsteps. His silent walk turned into a slight jog, quickly followed by a concerned run. They were on his tail and he knew they’d strike today - As if there was a 6th sense telling him so. He ran through the ice and snow-covered streets until he slipped and fell, ramming his side into a white van. The doors swiftly opened up and took him.
The following days felt like a haze. A mix of interrogations and solitude. He had never felt so isolated as he did now. “This is the end” he thought to himself as several different people kept leaving and entering the room. Any slight sound kept him alert and tired. He told them all that he knew and they believed him, they were just testing to see if he’d tell the truth. They knew that he had kept the little discovery a secret as they’ve been observing him all this time. Not a soul besides him knew that he walked into SCP-694’s time loop. The irony didn’t rub off on him as they continued to question him. Eventually, they stopped with the interrogations and a man walked into the room to talk. It seems he was a fan of Timothy’s work and decided to meet him in person. They discussed chronometry, space and the arts. It was a pleasant conversation for them both as they enjoyed tea and coffee respectively. Finally, it was time to get to brass tacks: Timothy would be offered a managerial position within one of the many facilities or would be amnesticated and tossed out into the snowy streets. Timothy thought about it for a moment but agreed to accept his offer, the pay was much greater which would allow him to send more to his folks at home and he would be given the opportunity to better observe all of these different phenomena.
His new place of employment would be the elusive Site-65 with its many complexities. At first he’d be given a lower clearance key card before they could determine he was worthy of higher authorisation but his interpersonal / communications skills allowed him to show his superiors how capable he truly was at the jobs they tasked him with and with it he steadily moved up the ranks within the site eventually landing an internship within Site Administration. During his S.A. tenure he proved to be a vital asset to them, organising many meetings and projects which improved the life on site significantly.
He still keeps in touch with his folks, sending them postcards from Saskatchewan and talks about the praise he gets alongside a quarter of his paycheck in his letters. Of course, these are run through a heavy censor but the care is there. Now he stands there, a member of Site Administration - Working hard with the many department heads and their subordinates as well as the numerous MTF units around the site. He’s made a name for himself and continues to work hard to inspire and improve the many members of Site-65. On his pocket watch, he carefully examines the minutes as they pass between meetings that are meticulously organised - On it, there’s a Latin inscription:

Tempus Aurum Est
( Time is golden )
Update: Small aesthetic fixes; Added a portrait for the character
