[UK] Kenraali's Third elevation request to Ethics Member

Currently, i am still projecting on plans to do as an ECM. So what i would start to do with O-1 is to help gather up after the weeks of no "Real" Committee. These would go in like as; First getting into Ethics Member to try and Help both ISD (Sr CL4) and O-1 to get into a more RP side with the Committee again, due to the period of no Committee. As in for the state of O-1? In the Command side? I don't have too much of a bright idea how its going right now, and what kind of help they require from the Committee. So TLDR; Help them to get into a side of Ethics RP again, and assist the CO team in as to what they require from the Committee, and how i can help them.
Thats not really a solid plan and it comes across as a complete "nothingburger"
You need to really elaborate and take a proper think on what you can provide as a top end RP Leader as this response to Clank proves you haven't given it much thought which is a real shame :/

Kenraali, you play Silksong, you're chill like that and you're my Finish homeboy, but this application is too vague and not direct, best shown in your reply to Clank. "I want to build up ethics due to a lack of committee", "I want to help ISD and O-1 have more RP", "I want to help the Command side of O-1". This is all very much just empty, with no elaboration. Buzzword Buzzword Buzzword is all it reads as, because you don't explain how you'd get to these results.
Anyways, it also feels like a lot of this application is drawn out. The June ISD situation boils down to "ISD were struggling, I lead them as SA" and has 2 paragraphs dedicated to just the background. The ECA CoC Rework is good as a basis, giving ECA's the things you mentioned firstly seems nothing but good, however the Leadership part with organising MTF's is not good. Best case scenario is that ECA's never do such, worst case they overstep with their authority, and try to organise everything despite being non-combative, who likely lacks any field experience. There is actual ground for this potentially occurring, as in the past Ethics have had ECA's who did not perform well, and tried to overextend their powers and reach.
I don't want to dig into your RP creation much, however it seems rather... lacklustre, and only 1 of the given examples are from your tenure as ECA, and the other 2 being on other roles, with a focus on E&TS (As much as I love tech expert, it's a rather small group, and doesn't show your RP potential as much as it could).
There's more I could say, however Cade & Pyrite have both commented on such points in a manor I agree with, and it would be rather pointless to be a parrot.
Personally I'll be leaving a +/-Support leaning towards -Support
I think that the application itself does not pull anything, nor does your reply to Clank. Although this reply consists of critiques, it should be noted that your experience is nothing to sneeze it, alongside your tenure on the server. You also have a very clear flair and passion for roleplay interactions, you're dedicated to your role, and are clearly willing to put in whatever the work is needed for said role. You're also chill like that.
Best of luck none the less, and despite my +/- support, I still think you could have potential as an ECM if given the shot.
Not exactly getting much from it. However, I do hope if you get ECM you help us out and have some concrete plans.
