Used to be a minge before I got a CL4 position. Have reformed since.

More recent ones are genuine accidents.
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
My interest for SA starts all the way from when I got my first CL4 position, Executive Researcher. After a lot of encounters with SA as an Executive Researcher, I grew interested in the position and had desire to become SA. After a long while of multiple CL4 positions, I decided to apply for SA. Positions that are non-combative I enjoy quite a lot, due to the fact that they almost entirely focus on RP. I very much enjoy RP, as I believe I'm fairly skilled at RP. And due to the leadership that SA possess, they create a lot of RP and allow for interesting scenarios to occur. They can steer RP into directions that can make it even better, and their relationship with RSD can create some good SCP RP. Additionally, the responsibilities of SA are something I believe I can manage, such as Advanced Armoury Auth and the call for Code Black. They are important responsibilities, and something I'd love to take onboard.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe I am suitable for SA due to my ability to be flexible and understand all aspects of site. I have been an Executive Researcher, which oftentimes work hand in hand with SA during the researching of SCPs. I have been a Security Captain, which oftentimes co-operate with SA for approval in regards to dealing with D-class and riots. I have been a MTF Nu-7 LT, which talk with SA about surface combat and relations. All of these Cl4 positions are for vastly different aspects of site, which I believe can support my ability to do well as SA if I were to get it. Additionally, I have experience in all aspects of site. I have been an E-11 NCO, I have had experience as a competent ISD member, I have experience in DEA negotiations and I have experience as both a Combat Medic and Sr Doctor before. I believe I have decent experience for this role.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
There are a long list of responsibilities that SA have to take care of in RP. They will be listed below:

Departmental Senior CL4s.
SA often have to decide on who to accept into departmental senior CL4 positions, which means they must have good relations with all departments, good relations with the candidate and good judgement skills on who to accept into these Departmental Leadership positions.

Site Policies.
SA, alongside SC, will oftentimes have to come up with policies in and around site, for example SA will have to work with Ethics and Site Inspectors to come up with research guidelines which both remain ethical but grant meaningful results. Similar with other departments also.

Maintenance Of Departmental Relations.
Oftentimes, SA will have to make sure departments remain compliant and friendly with one another to prevent any high tension disasters from occurring.

Surface Diplomacy.
Although DEA may deal with most of the negotiations with other GOIs, SA may have to take part of negotiations if the result of the negotiations may affect the site in a large way, for example GOC SCP sampling or the GOC liaison office.

Departmental Overseeing.
One of the core responsibilities of SA is to oversee departments monthly. They often act as their liaison and serve as the designated SA for that department, so if the department have any concerns or request, the SA that is overseeing their department is the person for them so speak to.

Designated Authorisation.
SA are responsible for many of the authorisations required throughout site. For example, they are the department expected to authorise Advanced Armoury and declare a Code Black when site becomes too dangerous for Non Combatives.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Granted this was quite some time ago but in the limited interactions I've had with you, you managed to take every decision made against you extremely personally even going so far as to call sits over quite literally nothing simply just to disrupt the flow of ongoing roleplay to have a good moan at a staff member because something you said or done didn't quite go your way. On one occasion you literally left during an active RP situation because you didn't get the staff verdict you wanted.

Obviously if you've changed then that's for the people deciding on your application to decide but I'd just like to have given my opinion.

When was this? I'm genuinly curious. I haven't called sits against people since I was in Nu-7, months ago.
