What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:​

I am the best candidate because I have both past and present experience in CL4 roles and leadership positions, which have helped me develop a strong understanding of the Foundation and its inner workings, including the various FCOM bodies. I have always been driven to push myself, do my best, and constantly improve. My work in ISD has shown me that I can continue to grow, work my way up the chain, and explore different paths to find what suits me best. I believe that my mindset and creative thinking would fit well with this position.​


What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:​

Enact orders from Overwatch Command - Enforce any and all orders issued by 05 swiftly and with great efficency ensuring results and expectations are met

Authorizing/Signing documents on 05 Command's behalf with approval - for tests such as 008, policies, proposals and more

Authorizing Advanced armoury - Authorize the usage of AA for Containment Breaches that have lasted too long, or have multiple scps the pose a reasonable threat to the site

Opening/Closing bulkheads - Open/closing bulkheads around the site during breaches or certain codes

Utilizing/Ordering Alpha-1 when no Overseers are on site to carry out orders, suppress infobreaches, or deal with any threats against the council.​

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:​

With my knowledge and experience, I want to eventually join FCOM or Site Administration. With that goal in mind, I want to learn more and dive deeper into roleplay, creating fun and engaging situations for everyone to enjoy. I hope to use this position to learn more about the administrative sector of the Foundation, unlocking more opportunities to create roleplay for all players, including GOIs. I haven’t yet taken up a position such as Assistant or Site Administration, but I believe I would enjoy the role and thrive in it. Through my many interactions with the O5 Council, A-1, and OSA members, I’ve gained insight into their work and have become very knowledgeable about their duties.​

I'm going to be honest, I don't often leave -supports on application. However, I do not see you doing RP, and when I do, it is poor.

Please try and create and get involved with the RP that others make.

I think your ability to RP is in the simplest way, poor.

I will use tonight as an example; what I had to adhere through tonight just to go through a very simple amnestication/interrogation which should of took less than 30 minutes managed to go to over 3 hours cuz you was completely absurd and warped into it an absolute mess that was borderline FailRP and powergaming, you clearly do not understand the use and creation of character, when a simple RP situation gets to the point where staff (Head Moderator) have to pause the RP there and deal with it from an OOC perspective is embarrassing.

In all my interactions with you IC there has always been some sort of problem to the point where I don't want to do it anymore as it is unfun and not enjoyable at all. This type of persona is not what I see fit for an OSA position. Therefore, I am leaving my -support

I honestly hate to leave this awful message and I have never done this before but I unfortunately have to state my mind.
