Partially Accepted Variable ammo drain & multishot on the Karma 45

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make the karma 45 fire 2 shots per cycle and drain 2 ammo per shot like the Alternator currently does.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-Increases access for the new VGuns features
-Gives more reasons to buy the perma
-Gives more incentive to join E-11

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Dev time
-Possible balancing issues

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The Karma has 2 barrels and 2 magazines anyway, and it gives everybody access to the new VGuns features.

Ah yes the server hit reg def gonna register all 2 bullets each time (never gonna happen on civil twin)
i would +support but it is a perma and then it becomes a metagun like the arx/vhs became when they made it a perma/also e11 bio would then most likey get a new gun instead of buffing a perma

I speak from experience when I say that the Alternator is complete hogwash of a weapon, and is more treated as a second pistol to the UNGOC Chemist and R&D jobs.
But if this does get accepted, I pray your weapon is good at least with it's change

This. The Karma-45 ought to be phased out of the perma weapon shop slowly, giving people an opportunity to pick another perma they can use. The big issue is that the Karma is proper buns right now and there's no real reason to play Bio ( As you can still get infected, thanks for crying over 2 Bios 049 mains.. JC ). It doesn't serve any real purpose and most bios end up using their permas anyway.

Also for the LOVE OF GOD PLEASE.. Make the firing sound quieter, my ears bleed any time I shoot it and I can't put a supressor or an already mid gun.

I recently edited the alternator after using it and realising how awful it felt. You should give it a try when you’re next on

This was on the table for a long time. We added a new variant of the Karma for E11 and are currently conducting a trial with the new stats and double shot.
