How many hours can you be on everyday: 2-4
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: The only experience I had was here almost 3 years ago, which wasn't much, as once I got to moderator, I left soon after due to not enjoying staff at the time.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Something I'm very proud of more recently is being up to help rebuild O-1, O-1 for a while, was in the gutter due to a lack of committee, COs and overall people. but over the months since getting LT, I've been helping alongside the other COs bring O-1 back from the dead, despite the regiment going back and forth in progress. Things over the last few weeks have been getting better and better, which just feels great now that all the work put into the regiment is finally starting to pay off.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member for a few reasons:
1. I have a lot of free time currently, and I feel like I can do more on the server from an OOC perspective.
2. I just like helping people. It's just the way I've always been, and I'd like to that more outside of O-1.
3. Due to the current amount of free time I have, I can be on late nights to take sits or assist with staff issues during those times when most staff aren't around.
4. Improvement, Nothing is perfect, and I'd like to help improve things on the server.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Something I believe could be improved is having more members in each staff team. Currently, most of the teams are lacking members; most have more supervisors/leads than just regular members. The only way this can improve, to be honest, is with more staff members, which is easier said than done and could really be improved with more advertising of the staff team.
