Why are you applying for Security Captain?:
I'm applying for Security Captain as I believe that I'm the current best man for the job. Recently I've noticed GSD could do with a fresh face, a dedicated man, an active Captain. I'm more than prepared to step up and take those responsibilities.
I've been playing GSD on and off for ages now, since the very end of 2021/Start of 2022. I know everything there is to know about the department, memorising the procedures and duties off the back of my hand. Although I've only came back playing GSD recently not much has changed at all to be honest. There's been a few times in the past I've been meaning to apply for Captain but simply never came round to it because I thought I wouldn't have been fit for it, likewise for many roles on this server, but recently I've decided enough is enough and I've put myself out there, indulging in the departments I'm most experienced in and just going for it, simply. I'd love the opportunity to bring some new ideas to GSD and work with the Captain and Chiefs team to bring forward more engaging opportunities for newer players and overall just give GSD a fresh coat of paint and a new name, stepping away from the full of minges ideology.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I'm suitable for Captain because I'd consider myself very experienced in both GSD and leadership positions in general. I know when to take charge and how to do it, I know I'm meant for more than just Sergeant, agreed upon by many, you can go around and ask for yourself. Turning down a man like myself would be a bit silly of the department saying the new ideas I could pitch and get brought into action such as;
New Riot Response Sub-Division
This Sub-Division would engage a new way to get Sergeants without having to play officer 24/7 to get noticed by CL4. I was noticed almost instantly for taking an approach like the one being put into an RP role known as the "Head Response Unit" because it's such a beneficial and recognisable approach to doing tests and sitting around Chiefs all day. I'd hope to step up to Captain and engage in a pursuit on getting something like that opened, I'm simply giving a surface line explanation on it because I'd prefer to pitch this with my voice instead of in an application.
Engaging Cadets/Guards
I believe the Cadet and Guard engagement is SO slept upon, Cadets as well as Guards simply aren't given enough attention. Taking them for patrols, teaching them tips and tricks should be ESSENTIAL. I do this willingly currently but I believe this should be heavily advised as it would allow for newer players to take a liking in GSD.
Opening a new lawyer based group of GSD
I believe the current system of GSD being simply a training is nice, but could be worked upon. A slideshow and a few questions give no benefit when defending someone from going in an ISD cell. I believe a designated person to induct people into a lawyer group could be very beneficial, being a form of scouting process, watching for who would be capable and who should just keep their mouths shut.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
Captains are responsible for maintaining order within the facility and ensuring the safety of all personnel on site. They must oversee and staff key locations—including D-Block, the LCZ, and the primary and secondary checkpoints in the HCZ. In addition, Captains should organize regular patrols to prevent breaches, detect any signs of GOI infiltration, and respond quickly to emerging threats.
During incidents such as TB events, riots, or the discovery of multiple contraband items in D-Block (including CL3 keycards or hacking devices), Captains are expected to lead coordinated sweeps and restore control. They are also in charge of conducting routine training sessions for GSD personnel as well as HWL and RCL combat tryouts.
Captains must ensure that D-Block remains well-managed at all times, with GSD members ready to escort researchers for testing and support other combat units when needed. As the leaders of the GSD, Captains are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and set the standard for the rest of the unit.

Over the next three years, he rebuilt his life—obtaining stable employment at a local taco truck, securing an apartment, and establishing a long-term relationship.
