For how long have you played on CG SCP: Almost 2 years.

In what country are you located?: USA
Time zone: CDT
Character name(s): James S. Carter
Civilian name: James B Curtain
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA
Do you have a mic?: Yes
-
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: Security Chief, Security Captain, Security Sergeant, GOC SGT (Held), CI-B (Held), ISD Agent, DEA Agent
-
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Yes, 3 RDM warns and a FailRP warn
-
Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?: My last time as a consultant came to an abrupt end after just a few days on role as it wasn't easy balancing captain and consultant, now I believe I can tackle the challenge of both Security and Medical and wish to do things I previously couldn't within the department. I am also applying as I enjoy the department and is probably my second favorite department behind Security, it's a fun experience with all the roleplay that can occur. I also enjoy the activity of the combat medics and believe they could be involved in much more than they actually are, most notable are trainings and small wargames. Activity for the medics would come across much more easily for me due to my combative experience.
-
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?: I've had previous leadership experience within the Security Department, leading lower enlisted and dealing with my fair share of "rowdy" personnel, I'm always willing to help out whenever needed and occasionally give activities for members of the department. I do have previous experience as consultant even if it admittedly short lived (4 days only), and I'm experienced with tryouts which is a major part of consultant.

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice: In order to cure someone of their illness you are to either take the patient to the disease board or take them to the disease scanner to the back of medbay to diagnose their illness, should they have the Common Cold for example you are to head further back into medbay to the chemical lab, open the chemical fridge to extract Dextrome (the cure for the cold) , pour out 100-50ml of the cure in a vial then hand it over to the patient to drink, curing them.
-
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?: Conducting Medical License and Combat Medic tryouts, ensuring the physical and mental wellbeing of site staff, watch over the jr members of the Medical Department, enact punishments to such members if needed, ensure compliance with the CoE and CoC.

“HUAHH!!” Carter would be seen slamming a D-Class onto a desk, breaking it and a few of the poor bastard's ribs. He'd stumble back into a wall, grasping his left thigh as there was a knife stuck in it before looking over to his left, seeing 2 other D-Class bodies, ones he killed in this room. C...
