Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
(Didnt really change much as the Reasons are still the same)
Well, I know much about Site 65 at this point and have gathered a lot of experience over the time. But from the very start Site Administration intrigued me because of their tasks that they do from day to day. For example overseeing a given Regiment and being the first person to speak to about stuff happening in the regiment or being one of the Persons that decide Foundation Rules and design Site 65 to what it is now. I am also an extreme fan of the RP that Site Admin has as i also have seen it in good detail while escorting OSAs on their tasks that include Site Admin. But personally I want to become an Advisor to have a new experience of RP and especially that kind of RP that can be different everytime and heavily involves administrative duties. If i get accepted into SA my plan for it would be to engage more with RsD, Medical and F3/Ethics aswell as making use of my Custom Lore which is down below and really casting that out IC with for example SCP-5514. Or enaging more with MTF to give them more personal RP but that in which way will come to be if i get accepted.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
As mentioned above, I have very good knowledge of Site 65 and its structure aswell as Serverrules. I also have RP with Site Administration on an regular basis as A1 which gives me more and more Information/inside on how Site Admin works and how its RP goes. Besides that I am also an Person that always loves to make good RP or to create interesting RP scenarios if given the chance as it gives the server more life and I make my RP in a way so that it fits. I do that because i stay to my characters lore and his common mood and integrating that into the Servers day to day RP. For example when having a meeting inviting the guests to a glass of fine Italian wine because my characters lore in that case is that he always drinks wine on a regular basis. I also always try to engage with People in RP scenarios as much as possible. Now I also have experience of the kind of RP that Site admin has from other scenarios/locations so that i would be experienced with Site admins RP and thus I know how to do it.
Examples of RP scenarios i am/was actively involed in:
There is for example an RP Scenario that i am currently in as an A1 and expanding it as much as possible where an OSA got affected from an Anomaly where I and another A1 saved her by trying different methods to stop her from melting into water, talking to people, calming the assistant down and it then happened that Thetas blood reversed its effects and left the OSA alone for the time being and now i am currently still trying to find out more about the anomaly IC via talking to Researchers, Theta, O5 and the OSA to try and find a method to keep the OSA safe from the Anomaly as it said that it will come back for her.
Then there was also another unknown Robot like event Anomaly on-site that i and the A-1 with me asked questions to try and find out about its origins and how it got into site. Turned out it had cognitiohazardous abilities so that it was able to walk straight into the Site without anyone noticing. I also found out that it was an time traveller and wanted acces to F3 servers which we denied and set up guard on all Site Servers after it said that it will then get access by force.
I am also in a very RP heavy section of A-1 and also in a few situations currently on which i wont elaborate here further because people might meta game.
With that i also now have a custom lore for my A-1 in which he has a from RsD designed helmet and mask that basically keep him alive as his face and lungs got severly burned by 457 whilst escorting an VIP. The mask helps him to breathe and see. So with that i am also able to create a good amount of RP situations because i can go to RsD for checkups on the mask or medbay to check on my injuries, or even let a malfunction happen so that its a whole new situation when for example the air filter malfuntions and my A-1 then loses the ability to breath normally.
Because i have a PAC3 subscription i am able to also give my Site Advisor Character an interessting lore and matching look.
I also have admininstrative experience as i am an assistant manager in A-1. I am also a Person that has a huge amount of experience managing stuff or being in high rank positions with a lot of responsibilities and tasks. I also know how almost all other Regiments work in very good detail from my time as GSD or in Nu7, E11 and now A1. Coming with it I can also actively engage with people and talk to them without being nervous (depending on who I talk to and in what situation). I am also able and experienced at making documents and have fun in making them. To myself, I am a very calm and friendly person that likes being with people and to really pour my heart into the things I love doing (for example a new video for A1). I know to fullfill tasks from my superiors with great succession and how to use the power given to me rightfully.
All of the above are points that make me suitable for Site Admin.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
(I put all tasks from the document in these groups so that the Application isn´t a scrolling nightmare)
Appoint Department Directors for all departments:
Site Administration is responsible to appoint new Dpt. Directors as well as MTF Commanders (AO excluded as those can only be done by the O5 Council/Ethics Committee). Therefore they also keep an eye on for example current LTCOM´s to check if they would be fit for COM. ISD Dpt. Directors are i think still picked by the Ethics Committee. Research should also now be Site Admin as O5 gave the department to them.
Management of all Departments as well as SA internally:
As Site Admin there is also the managing of all Departments as well as Site Administration internally.As a member of SA you get a Department assigned to oversee for about a Month. They manage other Departments by checking on their performance and doing so via Audits if the Department is not doing well, being the first contact person for a Department and staying up to date on its performance and current status. They also appoint new SA members and managing them internally via promotes to Site Manager for example. They are also able to tribunal staff for lower offenses with impartial judiciary on behalf of ISD for investigations when approved by the Ethics Committee.
Managing Site-wide Policies:
Then come Site Policies. SA is there to manage,change or add policies in close cooperation with Site Command. So that the Sites rules and order is being established and taken care off. They gather either IC or OOC via Discord chat to discuss problems and counter them with new policies or to change existing ones. When they meet up everyone is getting there ideas on the table to try and find a solution.
Site-management as well as authorizing:
Site Admin also manages the Site actively in its day to day work. As they authorize tests that dont need ethics approval, close certain site parts for a training, authorize AA incase of an containment breach which is currently not going well. With that they of course also handle site wide emergencies for example by calling ERT or calling out an Code Black if its going really bad.
Group of Interest on-site Supervision:
Well mostly stuff with GOI´s goes to DEA but if for example the GOC want to discuss a new treaty with the Foundation regarding Pinewood or something else that has a large effect and is an quite big situation then that can also be handled by SA.

Arthur Evans is a mostly common man in his 30s he was born in Austria in 1992 in a smaller village near the City of Salzburg. As a Child he had a more labour driven childhood, as his parents ran a local farm. His father often quickly became enraged when at the time Felix Hoffmann didnt help him. He had a better relation to his mother than he had with his father as she was very calm and was there when he cried. At a young age he has already showed great interest in history and machines and understood both very quickly. With 15 he went to a higher school in the City of Salzburg, he was more of the unknown and unpopular kids and most of the interactions he had with other students was when they either mocked him for being a farmers boy or when they needed help with history. Sadly he lost his father with 16 and he had to work even harder on the farm to keep it running all while his mother was getting older and weaker with every passing winter. The dish that always made his day after a hard school day was an Austrian dish named "Kaiserschmarn". His mother teached him the recipe so he could one day make it himself with the ingredients of the farm.
With 18 he finished school and went on to serve his mandatory 6 month military service. He made a few good friends on the way but stayed with himself most of the time. After completing his military service he went on to study History and mechanical engineering. Compared to his other students he exceeded better than anyone almost finishing every exam with a high grade. In History he mostly learned about famous battles of WW1 and WW2 with his favourite battle being the famous battle for North Africa. Or the battle of Verdun in WW1. With 22 he finished studying and helped his deadsick mother in her final days with tears in his eyes every time he saw her in this state. One faithfull day when his mother passed away he made the decision to sell the farm where he spend his whole life on and moved to Canada with a tear in his eye where he then changed his name to Arthur Evans to close his old farm life. He had a job as an engineer in an Robotic/Machine developement facility for many Years when one time he made a breakthrough with AI and its use in Robots, where he made an almost human like machine capable of emotions understanding and fluent speech. The Foundation noticed it and saw great value in his capabilites and recruited him. For a few Years he worked in the RSD department in close cooperation with the GOC to build the famous Orange suit and developement of SCP-5514.
After some time the Site Director of Site 65 also known as Director "Fenriz" promoted him to the position of Site advisor where Arthur Evans stands today and has given himself the Codename "Moonrise" as he admires the moon rising every night with the sun showing us its beauty, as the moon is also responsible of our existence.
