Background:
Mavi “Shape” scholar is a former member of the CIA who worked on intel gathering in various countries. Mavi after having their cover blown was being chased, during the chase they found out they could shapeshift and used it to escape. Shortly thereafter the foundation recruited them for the infiltration of a mcd auction via having them take the form of one of the buyers. Post the success Mavi was brought on as a member of the Department of external affairs.
MC&D infill action report: two members of the Department of external affairs drag one of the buyers they had captured during a raid on a small ci cell that the buyer operated from. Mavi would touch his hand for 1 minute before successfully morphing into him. After that Mavi was given his personnel file and ci’s plans for the auction purchases. Post this Mavi was driven to a parking lot near the auction house and dropped off with the money. Mavi would then successfully enter and buy the objects along with getting the appearances of the other buyers who would be detained post Mavis exfill.
