What will you do to stop this from happening again: I was asleep and i left it on the select character screen i woke up and turns out im permanently banned?

Why should you be unbanned: I mean i didn't do anything wrong? So i feel like this is unjust i was asleep, if it was because i was AFK then i guess i will just close my game next time but i thought you would just get kicked instead of perma banned.
