Description of the incident: The Senior Agent randomly raided Parawatch HQ when none were online and for no reason. They have destroyed ALL documents in the HQ including the diary entries I was writing, they had nothing to do with foundation they were just stuff my character saw on surface. This has just wiped out all the RP Parawatch had.

So first of all the docs I destroyed did mention scps/foundation, second of all you killed me as para without me having tried to detain you or shoot at you prior to you opening fire on me, that is rdm even seen in the clip you posted.

This does not explain why initiated the raid in the first place or what knowledge you had that docs containing foundation info were in there. This does not explain why you started a raid without anyone from the faction being online.
To the point about RDM, RDM required no roleplay reasoning to kill you, you were an armed individual raiding and shooting within the base, those are hostile actions.

Hi @lioaq,

Thanks for taking the time to make a player report.

After reviewing the footage and the testimony from the Special Agent, I have chosen to deny this report on the basis that there is insufficient evidence provided to say there was no reason to destroy the documents.

There are no rules regulating groups trespassing onto civilian homes therefore they can enter to look for any documentation relating to their Faction or information that would otherwise be considered an info-breach given they did not metagame this. Lack of Civilian presence does not prohibit others from entering.

@lioaq should not have killed @Swb gene as there was no threat on your life and no attempts to de-escalate the situation were made.

@lioaq will receive a punishment for RDM.
