the reason for the ban was "harrasment" emily said but the person who was on the audio clip didn't hear it

It doesn't matter if they don't hear it.

You had 0 logical reason to be playing that clip unless your intent was to broadcast and attempt along with others to take the piss. Furthermore your warning history is what earned you the permaban.
