Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
"Well... I want to do more for the site as a whole. I have always found myself as a natural fit for leadership, whether it has been GSD Captain, Epsilon-11 CO, and now potentially the seat of the Site Advisory. I've tried to spearhead and lead many projects in my time as well as encourage others to reach and achieve the same heights.
I simply want to achieve more and do more. I want to pursue greater heights within the foundation, despite my checkered past. This does mean that I will be taking on more responsibility as a Site Advisor if this goes through, but it is something that I am willing to attempt to go for. Despite everything that has occurred over my tenure on the site, I believe it is the right decision for me to move up in terms of the command structure."
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
"I believe I am suitable for the role of Site Administration for three reasons:
- Leadership
- Dedication
- Resilience
Leadership: I have spent my tenure on Site-65 in several leadership roles, pushing people to do more and teaching others during their infancy on the job. I spent a respectable 2 months in the seat of GSD leadership as a Captain and I have my current tenure in Epsilon-11 as well that has extended to 4 months at this rate.
Dedication: During my tenure as Captain of Epsilon-11, I have created several opportunities for the members of it to rise through the ranks, whether through their combat acumen or their humanitarian efforts towards the site and SCPs. This is best exemplified with the programs I have run in E-11 such as the SEPCC and joining up with the other COs and RSD to run ANOREP. These projects will be extended hopefully if I join the seat of the Site Advisory.
Resilience: I have always made an example of myself to stand out and be the difference where possible. I believe it was Sun Tzu who once said: One mark of a great soldier is that he fights on his own terms or fights not at all.
Despite all the trials and tribulations I have gone through and I have put myself through, I always get back up and I stick in the fight, whether it is Lambda-12 or the several attempts made on my life. It is better to ger back up and fight for what matters to you than to never have fought at all."
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The Site Advisory is responsible for a lot of decisions that sway the flow and movement of the site. They tend to be the final say in a lot of the decisions that influence the site unless FCOM chooses to override it. Some of these decisions include:

Choosing department directors for each of the respective departments on site. (Including MTF Commanders, Barring ISD Director and A1/O1 COM)- Management of all departments on site as well as monitoring performance of these departments through the use of appointed liasons.
- Managing and deciding on site-wide policies with collaboration of FCOM if they're deemed necessary.
- Authorization of emergency countermeasures (Authing AA for MTFs/Authorizing FSL/Calling ERT)
- Supervising relations with Groups of Interest within Pinewood
- Auditing of departments when they begin to struggle internally.
