How many hours can you be on everyday: Varies, but generally between 9am-2pm Tuesday-Friday, longer on Mondays

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Not in terms of online communities, no.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm proud of the fact i've kept a pretty low profile while still joining RSD CRB, CI LV, and GOC.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I would love to be able to contribute more to the server I spend most of my spare time on, helping contribute more to the community and maintain the server integrity.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: From my experience staff tend to be a little reactive as opposed to pro-active when it comes to unhealthy behaviors, waiting for a report to come through rather than getting ahead of the problem and preemptively inserting themselves to situations that could be deemed problematic. Having a minimum time spent as AOD would be how I would fix this.

Let me start this off with, I used to be a staff member. There are only a limited number of us, and we cannot be everywhere at once. So trying to find issues that are going on, is so much easier said than done. Yes I will agree, there are some points that you can already tell something is going to happen, but outside of that, there isnt much. And unless someone is on "AOD" (Admin On Duty), staff member's are involved in RP of their own.
