Yes

Joesef "Joe" Azere's Executive Researcher Application (US) (Accepted)
Joesef Azere's GM Application (US) (Denied)
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why :
10/12/2025 - FearRP, refused to comply with CI after being locked in a closet for 30 minutes. Suicide by CI
11/8/2025 - Metagaming/NLR, lone CI disguised as me, then hung around bunks. I crossed paths with them again with a Combat Medic in tow.
How many hours can you be on everyday :
Usually from 7:00pm-12/1:00 am, unless I work a night shift (once a week)
Do you have any experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community :
Yes I used to be part of the Event team for ProtectionRP (DarkRP) in 2024. I used to build large scale buildings, vehicles, scenes, and minigames.
Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as Pac3, dupes building, art creation, and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice :
I would say I am adept at storytelling with scenes or dupe builds. Some of my builds include; mini-scale castles, vendor trucks, custom testing chambers, a multi-stage dungeon, and buildings for various uses (fire watchtower, gun store, etc). I also am decent at digital artwork, and am expending into learning PAC3.
Mainly using PAC3 and Dupe Building, I can provide a more detailed scene or RP with individuals who need an extra kick or immersion into the LARP they are brewing.
Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF:
If ISD were to conduct a stop/ID checkpoint during a moment of potential fake, I (as a GM) can provide a proper checkpoint dupe/build that offers protection for ISD and a proper wait system. This can make it easier for ISD to not only get into the role that there is an official temporary checkpoint, but also make the job itself easier to conduct with other personnel.
Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group:
If CI or Parawatch were conducting a sort of surveillance RP on the Foundation or other GOI, I (as a GM) could provide them some artificial cover to remain lowkey, such as foliage props and maybe a spotters nest in tree. This could enhance and reinforce the idea of keeping a low-profile while keeping tabs between factions, while providing the spotters with an easier method of keeping watch.
Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:
SCP-3631 has finally been contained by the GOC. The threat of SCP-3631-1 killing people for the organ transplants on SCP-3631-2 is almost to a close. But an accident occurs during transport. The GOC transport truck crashes on the road, and SCP-3631-1 manifests once again to begin harvesting civilian organs, all to keep 3631-2 alive for just a little longer. The GOC are now tasked to finish the job and trace the steps to find SCP-3631's transport vehicle, and finally put down 3631-2 to eliminate 3631-1 once and for all. The first clue for the GOC to follow is a rushed call for help to 911 on O-Comms, and an address to locate in Pinewood.
The truck that is transporting SCP-3631-2 will be a built dupe built in an isolated corner of the roadways, with a fully built representation for -2 built in the cargo hold. SCP-3631-1 will be represented by a PAC used by me, and will be patrolling the area near the truck (fully hostile/territorial). The initial discovery will entail a distress call over O-Comms, which the GOC will be alerted of. The GOC can investigate a ransacked house with a harvested body, leading them on the trail to find the crashed transport vehicle.
Please list one Event idea for the Chaos Insurgency:
Chaos Insurgent scouts have found a new ventilation shaft entrance connecting to surface. Perhaps it is a new way into the foundation, a new unexpected drop on their eternal rivals. But when they get in, they find themselves in an old containment area of the SCP Foundation that seems to be abandoned. But they aren't alone down here, a strange man offers a respite in his living quarters. He is old and haggard, but seems to know quite a few things. Especially what is behind the massive locked chamber door in the main area. He is incredibly unstable, and it feels like a minefield of a conversation where saying the wrong thing means the squad will be meeting whoever (or whatever) is behind the door.
The story would be introduced via a CI scout (GM) delivering a document entailing the location and details of the uncovered vent shaft. The abandoned area would be built in the flat build area in the sky, which I fully bePlease list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):lieve I can build. The entity behind the door can be a myriad of entities, though my personal choice would be an entity like SCP-2878 (The Reverse Cyborg) using PAC to build off of the SCP-082 kit. The old man would be another GM for a short role.
Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation:
A man has been spotted in Pinewood. He is 25 years of age, unassuming, and everyone knows he is a monster, even if they can't prove it. This man has the curious anomaly that makes people who speak with him in close proximity have the unending feeling that he has committed horrible crimes and must be locked away. So much so that, when the Foundation investigate the reports of this monster in Pinewood, they too feel that he deserves to be dealt with in their own special ways. But people who come into contact with him repeatedly realize the error of their thoughts, and become obsessed with trying to free him, no matter what the cost.
The PAC for SCP-3017 (Person of Interest) is a simple civilian outfit. Using /it prompts, people will be directed on how to feel about him. The idea is to cause as many people to stir up a fuss that need to get the SCP Foundation gets involved with investigating him. While SCP-3017 in the lore commits suicide to deal with his anomaly, the end goal is to have people help him escape the area of Pinewood and continue on with his life.
Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):
Strange other-worldly caravans have popped up around the map. They advertise "MR JERICO'S COMBAT CASH CUP". Mr Jericho, on behalf of MC&D, is fostering a new business venture that is sure to bring in revenue for Marshall Carter and Dark LLP. Should people decide to climb aboard, they'll be taken to Mr. Jericho's arena, a large-scale structure where people can compete in grueling combat for prizes! Whether it be a 1v1 knife fight, a duos arena with cash bets, or it be a high stakes match of hide and seek, Mr. Jericho wants nothing but to encourage people to give him a show.
The Arena would be built up in the flat area, with several areas to converse, conduct commerce, and compete for purse. Once an individual chooses to leave the arenas and return to baseline reality, an amnestic effect will take place. All they'll have left from their visit is the cash they won and not a memory to recollect. Rules for the place will be posted at the entrance, and everyone must be kept in silence about the place.
What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.
An event can be made unenjoyable if the RP is not oriented towards the player. If the event is stringent only to a narrative that the GM decided, and there is no flexibility in actions/outcome, or if there is no way for the participants to influence the event/RP itself. For example, if you as a GM are an unstoppable SCP killing everyone and giving no opportunity/ability to deal with the problem, then it derives from anyone's enjoyment both for the event and with the server itself.
And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster :
This server has been quite the niche little act of daily recreation. I enjoy the community, the projects, my role in RSD. But what I enjoy the most is the immersion into the roleplaying. And the most fun I have had by far have been under events, roleplays, and interactions with Gamemaster oversight. What I want to achieve is to inspire that same appreciation for the community, and deliver role play that the people request. The joke "RP? On my combat server?" is tossed around, yes. But I believe it is the job of the GMs to counter that sentiment, and I wish to be a part of it. I believe my ideas, custom builds, and ability to get into role play would make me a fit Gamemaster
