Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Bill Dilbert’s journey is the stuff of in-universe legend. He began as a humble technical engineer, a whiz with the inner workings of containment doors and security systems. But as he spent more time at the site, he couldn’t help but be drawn into the medical mysteries that seemed to crop up around the Foundation’s more... unusual residents.
Bill’s knack for problem-solving didn’t go unnoticed. He shifted gears, trained hard, and earned his medical license, eventually rising through the ranks to become a senior doctor. He wasn’t just any doctor, though—he took on the role of "combat medic", blending his tech expertise with frontline medical skills to handle emergencies both inside the facility and out in the field.
His dedication and courage even earned him the Foundation Defense Medal, marking him as a protector of his fellow personnel. A man whose hands once fixed containment doors and now heal the people behind them.
