Who banned you: Court + Rock (second opinion)
Ban length: 1 week
What will you do to stop this from happening again: I did not do anything to constitute a ban, I was only told "You swapped onto CI from O-1, spoke on O-Comms to O-1, then swapped to O-1 to cause an AO war. Thats what logs say and after talking to Rock this is the decision".
Why should you be unbanned: Based on what was explained, and due to no evidence being presented against me, I should be unbanned.
FailRP - Job Abuse - No unfair advantage was gained, No AO war was caused????
NLR - I was told I swapped characters, yeah, I died to Nu7. Didnt even leave O-1 bunks after swapping. Literally left the server for an hour and a half after swapping.
Stacked Bans - explains itself, since 2022, what am I gonna do?
Here is my side of things and what happened.
- Swapped to CI to get roles back after being removed by mistake.
- O5 contacts CI over ocomms talking about selling ISD to CI
- After asking CI LTCOM, I larp sending a fax to O-1 of that
- I die to Nu7
- I swap back to O-1
- Leave the server to go do real life stuff
- Get back on
- Get pulled into 45 minute sit
- Get told I broke rules based on logs.
- Get banned for 1 week.
Im still shocked that I was banned based on a hypothetical question of "Gaining an unfair advantage due to being a member of Omega-1 and presenting the possibility of causing an AO war due to LARP over OCOMMS."
I hope this is resolved quickly before the "Evidence" from logs expires.
