Honestly not really proud of the lore ive written but i couldnt think of anything better so far. Id also much rather have this document something just to approve the pac, with it not being an in-character source of information to allow for RSD to write their own thing on what this guy is as I feel that that is a very underutilized aspect of anomalous personnel.

Sure, left in to hint at which SCP it is. In that case, should the CKG be redacted as well, considering its also a reference to another 001 proposal?

As far as redacting goes, you dont necessarily need to redact it by making it black boxes, you can just highlight over it with black highlighter so that the reader can still see what it is while knowing it's meant to be a secret.

Might be worth redacting as well though if you wish.
