SB Steller PAC request [USA]

1. The black box is being made using the special projector that's around my neck.
2. It is used to keep my identity a secret as I work as an MC&D member
3. It's not a collar, it's a form of necklace with a special holographic projector that masks over my face
4. if the projector is damaged or disabled, then I am able to turn off the black box with an event trigger.
Note: I was using ignore Z at first but that made it so you could see it though walls so instead I changed and added 2 extra boxes to hide the face

Okay, so since you have the details worked out, I'd advise writing a character lore file. As without lore, you cant really have this as a PAC.. (Non standard appearance)
Also, concealing your identity is MORE suspicious. The only people who know you're MC&D are anomalous groups, and they do not care to deal with the peddlers such as yourself nearly as much as they would an Executive.

The staff team believe they will not be able to properly review this without lore behind it being written and explained, as MC&D in lore (even of higher ranks) do not always hide their identities and therefore doing it (and doing it specifically with such technology) needs to be explained before it can be accepted.

Yeah real sorry about the wait, Ive been reading up on the mcnd lore on the scp foundation site while I start writing up lore
Here is the lore I've written up.
SB Steller is one of the many field agents and Tinkerers for Marshall, Carter & Dark. Tasked with direct high-risk negotiations, trade with anomalous assets, and maintaining relations with anomalous organizations and other Groups of Interest. Steller, like most MC&D members operates behind closed doors, handling transactions that require a balance between professionalism and presentation. While other MC&D members use face masks and balaclavas, SB Steller uses a form of facial distortion inspired by the work of Dr. Dan Daniels and Dr. Oleksei. Steller was intrigued by the SCRAMBLE goggles they developed and negotiated a trade to obtain a few pairs. Once obtained Steller used his knowledge of electronics and mechanics to reverse engineer the SCRAMBLE gear and develop his own form of scrambles called the Mirage Interface. The Mirage Interface scans, bends, and displaces light around the wearer’s face, creating a constantly shifting optical phenomenon preventing any observers from forming a consistent perception of the wearer. SB Steller uses technology to ensure they have a commanding presence and respect, making any negotiation a display of MC&D’s prestigious power over the anomalous market.

Side note Ive noticed that my lore and what I said initially said kinda clash so if you need I can also re-answer the 3 questions using the lore as a reference.
100% now I have change it very slighly so you cant see it through walls anymore
Here is a clip of me in third person with the pac on, like I said I had to make a few changes but all I did was add 2 more squares so it does its job still without going through walls
