Having previously been employed within Site-17, Victor was already an Inspector within the Internal Security Department.
During a day like any other, an undesignated anomaly was transported to the Site for temporary containment. As Inspector, Victor was on the frontline of these procedures, ensuring that the FLC and local Site policies are kept in check.
The anomaly appeared to be humanoid with no clear signs of aggression showing, but it kept staring at personnel and dripping an ink-like substance everywhere it set foot. It wasn't long until this behavior changed. Without any signs of warning, the anomaly became agitated and started attacking Site Staff, Victor included. He only managed to push it off him before MTF Units arrived to fight off the anomaly. However, Victor took heavy damage and fell unconscious.
A few days later, Victor woke up in Site-17's Medical Bay. He wasn't in pain, but he did notice that his right arm was bandaged up and that a black substance leaking from his wrist. Upon learning that Victor has woken up, both Medical and Research entered the room, informing him that due to the attack and the damage he suffered, his flesh around his hand had appeared to have melted off, leaving only skeletal structure behind. Curiously enough, he could still feel and move his hand. Further research done indicates that Victor's hand, while only being skeletal structure, remains fully intact. Research has also noted that the connective tissue between the forearm and wrist has turned into a thick, almost solid and ink-like material. The material in question, like the anomaly itself, keeps dripping a black substance wherever Victor goes. Research has confirmed that this liquid appears to have the same properties as blood would and remains completely harmless unless it enters someone's body, where it is shown to have a toxic effect on the body. Soon after this incident, Victor was deemed unfit to continue his work at Site-17 and was transferred to Site-65 instead, where he is supposed to undergo further observation.
