What will you do to stop this from happening again? I will not powergame in the future based on my in-rp and out-of-character experiences. I will also not use guns on a non-combative civilian job except in self-defense in the future (as long as it fits in character). I will also not use out-of-character knowledge when in RP or other relevant situations to not metagaming.
Why should you be unbanned: I don't think I should be unbanned. I think my ban should be reduced to the original 3 days for what I did, and the stacked bans part of it should be removed. My reasoning for this is it that added 13 days while also basing itself on prievious bans that occured more than three months ago, now I bring up the three months thing as I was told that if I did not repeat the same transgressions in the course of three months it would not affet my future moderation/administration punishments by multiple staff who have warned/banned me previously. Because of this, I believe Holland has violated some procedures by stapling a reasonable 3-day ban for stacked warns relevant to FailRP, Metagaming, NLR, and Powergaming onto a non-combative civilian job.
I also wish to add that, even though I was not on that character when committing the transgressions in question, I have regimental NCO duties to conduct. I would be failing to commit to those duties if I were to remain banned for the full 2 weeks and 2 days. I have also submitted an LOA to the regiment in question, but I am not sure if it has been approved. Anyway, I hope whoever is reading this has a great day, and that things are resolved satisfactorily for all parties involved.
Edit: They blacklisted me for not telling them properly, I honestly didn't know I should have told them directly and that you shouldn't file LOAs when you get banned.
