Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?: Executive Researcher is a role within the server which I have not particularly considered going for during my previous tenures in the server, but with myself beginning to play again recently I've found a true passion and interest regarding the Research Department. I truly enjoy making documents, helping others and contributing to roleplay across the server in a department which I previously haven't seriously dedicated time to. I hope as executive researcher to bring more and better RP to the server when I play, and wish to further my impact on the server and foundation as a whole in this job.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: While I've had a great deal of previous jobs within this server, I wish to look at Research with a new lens, providing a untainted viewpoint which would hopefully lead to a great deal of opportunity and roleplay for myself and those around me. In recent time I've dedicated a respectable amount of time and effort to the department, seeking to further research and help others or newer Researchers whenever possible. Finally, while I do not wish for my previous experiences on the server to affect how I would carry out my duties as an Executive Researcher, It is without doubt that these previous jobs and positions have provided myself with valuable knowledge and experiences which would help with my work as a Junior Cl4 and an Executive altogether. Recently I have taken a keen interest into "new" SCPs added to the site by Gamemasters and have had great interactions with the GM team through these SCPs, I have taken this as an example of my apt roleplay skills for a position such as Executive Researcher.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent? I've written 3x excellent documents and 1x perfect document. I hope to add more to this number. In my opinion, the measure at which makes a document excellent or perfect lies, or should lie between the manner in which it is presented, providing a document which is coherent, flows well and free of major spelling or grammatical errors and the level of efforts and creativity put into an experiment. A document which leans too heavily into either side could be excellent, but a "perfect" document in my opinion is one which balances the 2 mediums, creating a document which is readable, entertaining and valuable to furthered research within the department.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: Duties and tasks of an Executive Researcher include fostering an environment which makes Research fun, accessible and rewarding. All of these can be achieved and met by Executive completing duties such as being on-site for document approval, giving advice and supervising Researchers. Furthermore, Executives should be coordinating with other foundation staff to provide RP opportunities for all members of the Research department, regardless of clearance. Grading documents and commending Researchers on their hard work is also a major portion of the job, and extremely important as it allows Researchers to feel seen and heard from their work. Executives should also take charge in GM-led events, but not control the situation, giving mere suggestions to Junior staff on how to handle the situation and gain valuable Research. I strongly believe that Executives should act as "caretakers" for RP situations, allowing others to be involved before putting themself into the forefront of a situation.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

MR. BAMBOZZINI is noted to have an extreme interest in Botany, with an applied interest into Para Technology stemming from experiences at Site 101. MR. BAMBOZZINI requested transferal to Site 65 post after noticing a discarded poster in a waste paper bin. MR. BAMBOZZINI noted interest in 65 for the more "serious" reason of the apparent priority the Site receives in newly found anomalous objects and creatures. Early documents and reports submitted by MR. BAMBOZZINI show strong interaction with a possible "Wondertainment" Object, which is still awaiting designation. Reports mentions "weaponization", clearly a a by-product of his time at Site 101; further mentions of such topics will be recorded and filed as an infringement.
SUBMISSION I:
MR. BAMBOZZINI conducted a test on SCP-682, with approval and supervision by Senior members of the Site 65 Research Department. SCP-682 began to mentioned classified information, as such members of MTF-ALPHA 1 responded and amnesticised required personnel. Further 682 tests may require mandatory amnestication.
(I'm still finding new roleplay events/instances as a Researcher and hope to form Archie as a character more from these direct and actual ingame events rather than some vast construction of a "backstory". I'd love to always be involved in scenes regarding "new" SCPs arriving to the site and would love to develop on the previously mentioned wondertainment section, happy to take any advice for the roleplay as I can admit I'm not the greatest!)
