What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
I'm applying for 05-4 with the code name being 'The Lunatic'. With the main reason and motive behind my application being that I wish to both further promote and enable roleplay and interaction with the higher ups and the common folk and community as a whole within the US server and if possible, attempting to bring some collaboration with the UK sister site also. Throughout my time on the server, I've both done my fair share of roleplay, and interacted personally with other people's storylines/RP. While being an executive, and later on being a DoR. As such I'd like to look back before I'd ever even thought of becoming an executive with starting out as a senior researcher and being roped into doing some crazy test involving SCP-008 and SCP-914 of all things by 05-2 at the time.
The test was really one of the main motivators for me climbing up the ranks just so I could allow more people to have that same experience of having fun or more freeing/ or if the RP calls for it more serious RP with me and others. But I'd like to open the door for people to actually get to interact with 05 and actually experience what it means to have some motivated and chaotic energy thrown at them. Another reason for me applying is to further bring some interaction and RP between 05 and ethics beyond just shooting at each other. I'd like to try to give some more opportunity to interact. At the end of the day what I really want to get out of becoming 05 is decent server health via being genuinely motived to interact with every level of the server from the cadet to the site director.

What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
What makes me the best candidate for 05 is a combination of number of things.
Firstly being... Experience both being in combative for a good while and non-combative. While not intentionally, I've really spread my wings out to many things while being on the server. Playing research borderline religiously for around seven months dabbling in a little bit of medical, and just recently getting into becoming an assistant I've gotten my fair share of doing non-combative. Writing and reading documentation has been my life blood for great bit of the coming up to year of experience on the server. While on the flip side, I've dabbled in combative being in E-11, O-1, and finally being in CI. Which has given me a plethora of opportunities to learn what combative need when it comes to orders and interactions in terms of leadership.
Second being... Action/Activity as some of you people reading might've seen over my time on the server, I've maintained an extremely high presence on the server and a good bit on the discord. I really believe that it's important to be available both on and off the site while being a leader for the site. It doesn't matter if I'm assigned to one department or another being able to help run departments and assist in maintaining relations interdepartmentally and GOI wise really is something that I truly enjoy doing.
Third being... Freshness? While some might see this as a detrimental thing to sight. I believe being somewhat new to the whole server can bring something that the other candidates can't bring, motivation new ideas, different prospectives, different energies that others can't manifest like I can. Obviously, one might say I'm not enterally new to the server as whole, but I believe that my views can be at least seen as somewhat different compared to the rest since I'm not deeply rooted into what I believe and adhering to dogma and going on with what someone else has been doing since before my time. Obviously, I'd still be roleplaying as 05 but that doesn't mean one must do what everyone else is doing. Creativity should be something that everyone should adhere to personally when going for something like this role and I really do want to employ it in all facets
