What will you do to stop this from happening again: Make it known that what I was saying was a joke, especially to the A1 ISIS Mock video, that "But... It's peak" is strictly a joke. and making sure to say I don't have a problem with jewish people. I don't fully know how that came off as me being jew hating for posting Freddy Fazbear.

Why should you be unbanned: I've been a player of this community for a while a long while, and I do enjoy this server. Apparently, to some staff, all I do is complain and am always a terrible person who plays off my actions as a joke when almost everything I say is light-hearted and quite obviously a joke. When I believe something, I back it. I don't play it off, I'm not a fickle person. Yes, my response in AO comms was ragebaity and at maximum a couple-day ban rather than a perma. If you have experience with the US server and AO liaison, thats 90% of the chat is jabs and jokes at each other. If you ever met me and talked to me like a normal person, you would find out I have integrity and not someone who won't admit to doing wrong. I have strong opinions, just like 90% of this server. Having opinions about the server that are negative doesn't mean someone doesn't enjoy the server and the community. I wouldn't have grinded to get positions and playtime with coming back to go into Site admin again. People of this server know for a fact how I act, IC I act prickish and goad. OOC Im not afraid to speak my mind and give insight and suggestions. I originally made a complaint because I thought thats were you do ban appeals of that nature, but IG, I was wrong. If anyone would like to speak about the situation or if im able to VC to speak about why staff who never interact with me and only hear stuff make me out to be someone who is "egregious" and plays shit off as a joke, I would appreciate it.

Heres the reason: So here's the story, bear sends a video in ao announcements telling a1 to stop making al qaeda moke videos (killing ppl intero with c4's and machete's while playing Arabian music) I jokingly state "but....it's peak" to where bear responds with "it's racist don't support thats" to which I rebuttaled his steam name " alright Jewish lightning" he then states "do you have a problem with me being Jewish?" I respond with this specific gif " https://media.tenor.com/SHOMLWPdvz8AAAPo/rage-bait-roblox.mp4" then I went back to working at my job. I get a notification I'm banned from Civil SCP Discord and Civil Hub Discord, and Server

If denied like my Discord appeal i would like an actual reason as to why not just "we have decided to deny this appeal reapply in a month"

You were removed from the Discord due to a repeated pattern of general toxicity, hostility toward staff, poor conduct within the platform, and comments appearing to make light of terrorism.

This decision was not based on one comment alone. There has been an ongoing concern regarding your attitude in the community, including how you respond to staff decisions and denied applications.

On multiple occasions after being denied for positions such as Consultant, Site Administration, and FCOM, you have said those decisions were personal bias or because "They're a friend group", and at times made blatant accusations of such with no proof.
That conduct is not appropriate for someone seeking to regain higher roles within the community.

There have also been concerns regarding your in game activity and speech, including the attached example below.



Regardless of your whatever it was you were doing, the behavior was inappropriate, made others uncomfortable, and contributed to everything else being considered here.

Your appeal does not really address the actual concern. It largely seems like you're trying to portray staff misunderstanding your jokes or overreacting, rather than acknowledging why the behavior was unacceptable.

Stating that you will “make it known it was a joke” is not enough. The issue is not simply just that some people "failed to understand the joke". The issue is that certain jokes should not be made in the first place, especially when they involve race, religion, terrorism, or protected groups. Not just that, but you also must realize that you are presenting ideas and comments like this in a 13+ community, which is a terrible display of maturity.

Because of the repeated pattern of conduct, poor attitude toward staff, and lack of accountability in this appeal, I do not believe unbanning you is appropriate at this time. You again, may reappeal, in a month.
