What will you do to stop this from happening again: I'll be not hitting people with melee weapons like candy cane as this will make attempted rdm.

Why should you be unbanned: I understand that RDM is serious offence but I should be unbanned because I hit a Jr.Researcher with a candy cane just because I thought he will report it to ISD and he was complaining in ooc multiple times and that's where I got banned for it, I thought he would report to ISD but instead I get hit with a ban.

Hello @LunarSHx , Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.
The reason you were banned was ARDM, This is due to the overwhelming evidence against you. First of all there was a clip showing blatant ARDM and Fail RP with a candy cane. Then in the staff logs there were multiple instances of other people getting hit for no apparent reason. I will attach the clip bellow. Kind regards, Jimmy Special.

Hi Maxim, thank you for taking the time to submit a ban appeal.

Your ban has since expired and you would normally be directed to the Complaints section, however I will be denying this regardless.
After reviewing the evidence provided I have concluded that Jimmy is valid in issuing you an RDM ban, and furthermore I've been made aware that you've been issued one or more further bans for RDM since this one.
On another note, your warning history appears to have a couple of duplicate warnings, they do not affect this or your further ban(s) however I will make sure that they are removed.
