Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have a 1x warn for RDM for stabbing a Dclass, 1x Fail RP for spam clicking as 939, and 1x ban for toxicity when I left my computer open and my cousin was doing bad stuff on it.
How many hours can you be on everyday: I can be on for 5+ hours.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes I was a Tmod on one and a Head Mod on another.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achieved in-game: I am proud that I made Medical Consultant because I love helping people and love working in the medical field with other people.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member because I want to help people no matter the issue. I also want to give back to this community by helping people.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I personally don't think there is anything that needs to be changed I think the staff team is just fine the way it is now.
