Hello there ive had this pac made and i do have lore behind it. Back when i was an Ambassador i was kidnapped may CI. The Foundation failed to negotiate me back so Ci cut off my fingers. Then the Foundation failed to raid me back so they cut off my hands. Finally the Foundation failed to negotiat me back once again so the cut off my arms. After all of that i paid for my own reliece and they droped me in the vents. I was taken to metical wher Maz took me in and attached a pair of 22415 arms that we had laying around. That is where i am today. This one has been denied in the past but i thought id try again.
