Description of the incident: Combat cuffed as I was trying to get through a door, simple as that. No attempt to fear RP or anything remotely close to that. I was not there for a long amount of time and he had just walked through the bulkhead. @Archie Bambozzini can vouch for the incident as well if needed

obviously both parties (on either side of the door) were armed but not one person had ordered, or had put fraud under fearrp under the 2:1 ratio, i don't have a clip but i think the evidence shows clearly enough no-one was aiming, let alone ordering him to move expect for Madanarch who quite clearly did NOT have a gun out while cuffing him.
