Anything from early 2025 was my mingey tech expert days, the only thing mostly recent and is part of my time actually playing the server is the Toxicity warning from Dec, 11 2025. The reason I got the warning was because I got kidnapped and the guy who kidnapped me and I were having a bit of toxicity match.
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
- I am applying for the position of Site Advisor because, after serving as Department Director of DEA for nearly six months, while I haven't achieved all the goals I had hoped to, I feel I've done everything I possibly could as Department Directors. I've enjoyed being a director of External Affairs for these 6 months, but I feel that the department deserves to have new leadership, someone who could bring in a fresh perspective to the department.

If I were to be accepted for the role of Site Advisor, I'd like to work on a few specific goals around the site. One of these things would be working on promoting more interaction between departments and regiments that normally don't see much action between each other, this would be through trainings, roleplay, etc. I'd also like to continue buffing out the project I've recently started called the Surface Mutuality Accord, a form of a treaty meant to clear out a lot of the vague wording and the one side benefits over the other problems in previous treaties. At the current moment, it's very rough, and received much harsh feedback. I feel that with a lot of reforms, it could truly work, it just needs more attention and needs overall support from the factions rather than just one group within a faction. I'd also work to promote more roleplay between the factions, as it is, the factions really don't do much besides kill each other a bunch and I feel that more roleplay could come out of stuff between the two factions.

Rather than stepping down from leadership as a whole, I want to bring the skills and experience I've gained over the last 6 or so months being Department Leadership to the site as a whole. If I were to get Site Advisor, I feel that I could utilize my experience and support the multiple regiments and departments on site, and providing strong backing for whoever comes after me in DEA leadership.

I understand that at the time I am applying, I'd be leaving the department with a new director, but I feel that the people who are interested for future leadership in the department and the current leadership could provide all the assistance they'd ever need. I am also still willing to assist the department as oversight if I receive the position of Site Advisor and provide whatever help is needed in this time of transition.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
- I feel that what makes me most suitable for Site Administration is my experience over the past 6 months of being Departmental Leadership. For the past six months or so, being a Department Director of DEA has given me the skills to handle conflict resolution, I've learned how to properly organize a department, and more. While my activity hasn't been at its highest, I have poured all I can into DEA while I have been a Department Director. I've recognized that the department needs a breath of fresh air, it needs a fresh perspective that at the current moment I can not provide, but new leadership may be able to. That level of self awareness and integrity is what is needed in Site Administration.

Due to the diplomatic nature of External Affairs, I feel that my time as Director has allowed me to work alongside almost every department, regiment and the factions on the server. This has given me a good amount of experience working between different groups, which I feel would assist me greatly in the duties of a Site Advisor. I've also had a hand in the rework of multiple documents, including departmental handbooks and sub-regiment documents.

While I recognize that I still have a lot to learn when it comes to the role of Site Advisor, the skill set I have built over the past 6-8 months built me a good foundation to work off of, and I hope to further develop those skills within Site Admin.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- The main responsibilities of Site Administration include but is not limited to:
Overall administration of the site
Departmental/Regimental Oversight
Appointing new leadership for departments and regiments
Reviewing and Updating Policies
Assisting in maintaining relations with GOIs
Emergency Management
CL4 Meetings
and more.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Dale Dawson was a simple man born in Prescott, Arizona with a family who focused their whole life on law. From a young age he developed a fascination to politics and studied political science and international relations. Due to his family's legal background, he got a great start working in various diplomatic and security contracting roles abroad. During this time, Dawson enlisted in the military, serving multiple years in intelligence. He showed great operational discipline and negotiation instincts, which made him a good fit for government contracting work after leaving from active duty after 4 years. While in government contracting, he was part of multiple diplomatic missions, which led him into an encounter with an unknown terrorist organization. His calmness in stressful situations and ability to defuse tense situations drew the Foundation’s attention after he successfully negotiated during an encounter regarding the unknown terrorist organization.

Starting in Site security, he quickly proved his talent for de-escalation and diplomacy, earning a transfer to the Department of External Affairs. Over the years, Dawson worked his way up through the ranks, eventually attaining the position of Senior Agent within the department and a position within their BORTAC department. After a year of consistent performance on the field, assisting upper leadership, fulfilling orders, and assuming leadership during critical moments, Dawson was promoted to the rank of Special Agent.

In this position, Dawson led multiple raids on hostile GoIs, spearheaded multiple diplomatic missions to recover kidnapped personnel and assets, assisted in multiple treaty meetings, and played a key role during the reformation of the BORTAC sub-regiment. His excellent operation record and leadership was recognized by upper management and received the role of Department Manager.

As Dpt. Manager, Dawson was appointed head of BORTAC through his operational excellence and proven reliability. He took part in many important missions, supporting tactically and diplomatically. Additionally, he helped lead the efforts to renegotiate a new Surface Treaty after the previous treaty had become voided following fights between the Chaos Insurgency and the Foundation.

Through his continued excellence in the Department of External Affairs, Dawson was appointed the role of Department Director. In the roughly 6 months of being director, he worked on maintaining the stability of the department, multiple policy reworks, many treaties, etc. He outlasted multiple other department directors in DEA, however he felt it was his time to move on, so he made the decision to start applying for Site Advisor, using the skills he learned along the way to support him in that journey.

Dale has done amazing work within DEA and recently helped push forward an entirely new treaty between all major surface GOIs that honestly has far more potential than the constant treaty loop we've had for years. He's always been enjoyable and easy to communicate with whatever topic it is, and I think that's an extremely important quality for someone moving into Site Administration.

From what I've personally seen, Dale genuinely cares about the health of surface RP and the overall server experience rather than just faction bias or personal gain. I think he'd fit the position very well.
