Yes, I have a few warnings and one ban. I don’t remember the exact details of the warnings from an year or longer ago. My most recent warning, if I remember correctly, was for a bad callout involving a D-Class Type Blue. My only ban was also from last year, early on, when I reacted poorly to a staff member and told him where to shove his warning, which is why I was warned for toxicity, and banned for RDM, FailRP and NITRP, as for those three I don't remember why, the Toxicity I 100% remember why, because at the time I chose to be stupid and told the staff member where to shove the warning.

I fully admit that all my warnings were my fault. I hold myself accountable for my actions and will make sure not to repeat these mistakes.

✦ Application Questions ✦

What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I am the best candidate for Overseer Assistant because I have experience as an Junior Clearance 4 Personnel, as an ISD Inspector and during my time as an Inspector within Internal Security, I was fairly active and participated in Operations and Orders. I am the type of person, who is brutally honest, and I tell people what they need to hear and not what they want to hear, I do not mind stepping on people's egos, I am straightforward and honest with people. If you ask me for my opinion I will give to you unfiltered and I also take responsibility for my own mistakes — if I screw up, I own it, no excuses. I expect the same from other people .

I also genuinely enjoy roleplaying. I like getting people involved and coming up with unique scenarios. When I arrest someone, I try to actually use the interrogation room and make the RP interesting whenever I can — though sometimes that’s not possible when people decide to minge. But overall, I always try to make the experience more engaging for everyone.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Take and conduct orders from the O5 Council
- Serve under the O5 Council.
- Approve work permits for D-Class
- Conducting any listed orders found in the Discord
- Authorization of AA in Code 5's
- Approve research / testing.
- Give Orders to MTF A-1 when no Overseers are present.

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
-
I’m applying for Overseer Assistant because I want to do more with RP across the site instead of only staying within ISD. I’ve enjoyed being an ISD Inspector, but I also feel like I’ve gotten used to that side of the server and want to try something different. OSA stands out to me because it would let me help create more unique roleplay while also learning how other departments operate.

From what I’ve seen, Overseer Assistants have a lot of chances to make RP. They are able to interact with different groups, and make things feel less repetitive. That’s the kind of role I’d like to be part of, because I want to help add something to the site instead of just doing the same routine every time I get on of arresting people and doing "Police" Roleplay.

I also think OSA would be a better fit for me than Ethics Committee Assistant, since ECA feels a little too similar to what I already do in ISD. Overseer Assistant would give me a fresh perspective and a new challenge, which is what I’m looking for. I want to keep improving, get experience in another CL4 role, and contribute to RP in a way that goes beyond one department.

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
-
Nicholas “Ducky” Wells used to work Internal Affairs with the LAPD before he ever got pulled into the Foundation. His job was mostly dealing with the kind of cops nobody wanted to talk about. Corrupt arrests, missing evidence, reports that somehow changed overnight, officers covering for each other because the badge mattered more than the truth. Wells was good at it too, which ended up being the problem.

One case ruined him more than he likes to admit. He was looking into a group of officers tied to serious corruption, and when he refused to back off, they did not go after him directly. They went after his family. His younger sister, who had nothing to do with any of it, was killed because Wells would not drop the case. Afterward, the department did what departments do best when things get ugly. They buried it, protected their own, and acted like moving on was the same thing as justice. Wells never got a real ending to it. Just a dead sister, a case file full of lies, and a rubber duck she had once given him as a joke to help him calm down during stressful work. He still keeps it on his desk. Not because it helps much anymore, but because forgetting feels worse.

When Wells joined the Foundation, he became an Internal Affairs Investigator at Site-██. Back then, he still believed in the idea of serving ideals over idols. Nobody was supposed to be untouchable. Not officers, not command, not anyone hiding behind a clearance level. After Internal Affairs was restructured, he was promoted to Internal Security Department Inspector and reassigned to Site-65, where he gained the authority to arrest and investigate Clearance 4 personnel.

The problem is, the Foundation does not really leave people clean for long. Ducky started bending rules. Then breaking them. He hid details when he thought it helped the bigger picture. He pressured suspects harder than he should have. Made deals he would have hated years ago. Crossed lines and told himself it was fine because the people he was after were worse.

His story would mainly follow internal corruption, cover-ups, blackmail, investigations, and the slow rot that comes from doing bad things for what you keep calling the right reason. Ducky still thinks he is protecting the Foundation. He still thinks he is hunting corrupt people. Maybe he is. Or maybe he has just become another part of the same machine that took everything from him.
