Character name(s): Heinrich (ECA), Rosswell (Consultant), Steele (A-1 CPT), Nexus (O-1 CPL), (few others i won't be naming cause thats a long AHH list)
Civilian name: David Berger

Do you have a mic?: YES

Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings? and why?: -Fail RP for not listening to MTF e-11 as a researcher. A kick because I was stuck in a death loop. Fear RP because I didn't listen to CI whilst a gun was pointed at me (I think). Finally ARDM because I stabbed a few d-classes as a tech expert.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
I'm applying for the role of site admin because it aligns with my long-term aspirations within the server. I'm not just applying because it is the next step; I'm applying because I want to prove to myself that I am ready for the next step. I believe that having that goal in mind is a way to move forward. Unlike the other applications I've done for a high-ranking position, I've done this because I've been advised to do it as well as to further develop my skills. in preparations for the next step.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:

Not to sound big-headed of myself, I will say that I have plenty of experience in the role of CL4 personnel. I've had some experiences as a Sr Cl4 member in my time as A1 CPT Steele, which I would say has been the character I have created most of my RP with as well as being my most experienced as someone who can lead. However, most of my current RP experience has been as a Jr. CL4 member. CL4 member as both my ECA, Heinrich, who has my most in-depth lore character; and Roswell, who is one of my most confusing characters to portray correctly, as he is both goofy and serious when needed. I also believe I have the ability to create natural RP as well as include others within. I also know how to communicate with others OOCly if needed. I also believe that skills I learned in the real world could play a role, as I am both a team player within my work and can work well with them. For a final point, I would like to say that I would roleplay with a character who is serious and is well acquainted with a CL4 position on the server already.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

To begin with, site administration plays a crucial role in overseeing the progress and development of various departments. Site administrators have full authority to select departmental leaders, except for the ISD, whose leaders are chosen by the Ethics Committee; similarly, MTF commanders, excluding A-1 and O-1, are selected by O-5 and the Ethics Committee, respectively. Each month, site admins converse and issue out ratings for each department, providing feedback to those leadership teams as well as auditing the departments that are failing to do the basics. However, as well as reviewing these departments' site advisors and being given a specific department to look over, it is their role to attend those meetings as well as go over points brought up in the last meeting and check up on progress. They are to be the people that every department should go to if there are any issues. This role involves communication between departments or MTFs, excluding A-1 and O-1.

Secondly, site admins can discuss the current site policies alongside ethics and the council to be sure that everything is kept up. The meetings should be clean and concise, ensuring that necessary changes are made. These meetings also allow them to discuss implementing new policies and eliminating those that are no longer needed. Barring that, they are able to authorize passive breaches as long as the correct procedure is followed.

Thirdly, site admins are responsible for responding to codes, making sure that thier staff are led through those times. For example, making sure that advanced artillery is authorized correctly, depending on what is out and how well the situation is being handled. In extreme situations, site administration can summon the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to help manage Code 5 or Code Black incidents. However, within these codes, they must ensure that they lead the masses in response to the threat, whether it is a CI, an unknown pathogen, or a raging SCP.

Overall Site Admin is a job that requires great leadership and the amazing ability to communicate with people, as well as create roleplay experiences and make sure the ship runs smoothly.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Foundation File: Heinrich van der Meyer.exe

(i did reuse events from the ECM app but i think they'd also work with the SA job aswell)

Anomalous Act: Heinrich being an advocate for anomalous rights within the foundation, I believe he would do small campaigns to advocate to normalise them. This would bring in RSD's Anrep involvement as well as placing up posters that would encourage anomalous staff to get themselves registered for the site's safety and for thier own safety. This would mainly focus on anomalous staff as well as those who don't believe anomalous staff should work, as it would get almost the entire site involved.

Blood and Bone: Craving the certainty of flesh again, Heinrich, with the involvement of RSD and Medical, would attempt to recreate his body either through synthetic means or an attempt to stabilise immortal flesh. This would be a multi-stage RP storyline where as each step he gets closer to his goal, he'd focus more on rushing the process just so he'd be able to breathe again. It's up to Medical for him to ease himeself back into a neutral state again before continuing with his work. This would be with the collaberation with Ethics or the Council if Rejected by the comittee.

Family Tree: Having been reminded of his family once again, Heinrich decides to employ the aid of the medical as well as the DEA in finding his descendants. This would be either a one-off or a multitude of events where Heinrich would go on a quest to find out if A) he has any surviving family members and B) if they are employed at the foundation. If the latter, then he'd request a transfer of site for them to see if they would be able to work at site-65.
