Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I wish to become a Site Advisor because i want to create quality RP for people around the whole site and enhance the RP that's already going on. I also want to be the liaison for different departments which would bring a lot of joy to me and to the departments hopefully. I want to also be the helping hand of departments whenever issues arise IC or OOC. I'd love to also create roleplay while helping whole departments or just a few people so everyone could enjoy their time fixing the issue at hand. I see the Site Advisor role as a big opportunity for me and everybody else to have a ton of fun while interacting with me and with the roleplay i will create. I want to try and make the server as a whole more enjoyable even if it's just by a fraction. I'm also quite interested in the paperwork that comes with the positions of Site Advisor. I'd love to make documents or read proposals people submit to me for approval, there is no specific reason for that, I'd just enjoy it.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I'm aware that Site Administration is a decent jump for me given my past experience but i believe that i have enough experience to make that jump successfully. I have interacted quite a lot with SA and i have seen a lot of interactions between SA and other personnel so i believe i am fit to take on these duties myself. I play a lot on the server too and that allows me to be able to help a lot of people with a lot of things throughout the day. I can communicate with people very well which would allow me to resolve a wide range of situations with a wide range of people very effectively and de-escalate situations so they don't lead to a bigger problem or even a physical confrontation. My combative experience allows me to organize and coordinate personnel very well during C5s and C1s or both at the same time. I can keep track of what's going on around me and the site and that would allow me to catch things from the early stages which would prevent an even bigger problem. I can work in a team very efficiently too which would allow me to get along with everyone i work with well.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
-Uphold said site policies.
-Punish personnel and/or departments violating site policies
-Be the liaison of the department they get assigned to. SA liaisons are they key connection to the rest of Site Administration and Site Command.
-Sign work permits if the permit requires SA signature.
-Sign sampling documents if they require SA signature.
-Print out keycards to personnel who have lost theirs.
-Ensure that site operations are going smoothly even during site emergencies.
-Authorize AA usage during containment breaches.
-Assigning Department Directors excluding ISD Director and MTF Commanders excluding Omega-1 and Alpha-1.
-Discussing and authorizing/denying department wide bans from areas.
-Approve or deny requests for sentient anomalies to roam the site.(i haven't seen it happen in ages)
-Authorize ERT on site during bad containment breaches.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
During his time in the Foundation as a combative, before as a GSD Sergeant and now as an operative of Omega-1, 'Phoenix' witnessed a lot of things and met with a bunch of people including members of the Site Administration. He really liked what they do and how they manage to help people and the site without even using a weapon. As time passed 'Phoenix' got more and more interested in the Site Administration of Site-65 until one day he decided to apply for the position of Site Advisor. He successfully submitted his application with some help from the Ethics Committee in order to keep his identity hidden as per protocol.
