For how long have you played on CG SCP: around 2025 December in a serious manner where i didn't just play as d-class becoming an intern shortly after this sometime in January and gotten the role ECA the 18th of February. before this i have been on and off only partaking in casual RP as a d-class on us before December.
Age: 25
In what country are you located?: Denmark
Time zone: GMT+2 or GMT+1 depending on the time of year.
Character name(s): Crowley Greywell, Tearen Corvin, Crow Bertly
Civilian name: none used. active characters listed above
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): UK!
Do you have a mic?: Yes and primarily used unless using a robotic character. or my cat is in the room
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
held: E11 SPC*2 CI alpha
holding: ISD investigator. ECA. OSA.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
One for inappropriate conduct. as a d-class. Someone was making the "a succulent Chinese meal" meme, and I played into it a bit too hard with the person (no idea who they were). Officially, it was a warning. The one taking the sit was understanding, as it was my first offense.
Same as when I applied for ECA.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor? :
Getting a new role to main, gaining experience as an Sr. CL4, creating more RP around the site, as well as having OOC responsibilities to focus on. Overall, with the other applications and two spots having opened up, I feel like this is the best time to go for it.

I want to create more opportunities for RP from an IC perspective that do not strictly rely on GM powers, as well as take on the administrative side of the role, where what happens in RP, CAN rely on your decisions.

However, I will stay in the role longer than I have with ECA, as I want to get a proper feel for it as well.

I want to be a liaison for other departments. I want to expand my knowledge of the site further, while creating more RP from a position where I can support and develop it rather than having to forcefully start it myself.

I would like to help other departments create their OOC and IC documents. The role would also give me more opportunities to interact with GOIs without becoming part of DEA, GOC, or CI myself. It feels like the closest step up from ECA/OSA without being the most aggressive jump in responsibility. Being able to interact with other departments, act as their first point of contact regarding new documents, and contribute to wider site changes overall speaks to me.

I also want to try creating a more hard-ass character—someone more firm and confident in their choices.

On top of things, the working with GOI aspects speak to me a bit as i haven't been as involved with non foundation. i believe this would give me that experience besides from just getting shot due to being a scary robot.

If i was the MTF liaison id try to create rp regarding GOI's

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I have a good amount of experience managing people; however, I have not really been able to prove that on the server yet. I believe I would be able to demonstrate this in the role itself. however my character might be a bit of an ass IC i am not one OOC.

I do my best to keep other people engaged in the RP that is going on, while also making sure others get their time in the spotlight. Site Admin feels like a gateway to allowing a lot of fun RP scenarios to happen, whether that is helping departments create sub departments or regiments within their ranks, or creating further RP around them.

I get along with everyone to the best of my ability, even when we do not get along. Just because I am creating a hard-ass character does not mean I would stop someone from doing a fun RP idea simply because my character is an asshole.

I have plenty of free time and opportunities to create OOC documents. I often use that time to come up with RP ideas and brainstorm, either by myself or with people I consider close to me. However, I would also be doing this with the other people in the same role as me.

I consider myself quite observant of the goings-on around the site when I am on, as well as OOC matters, since I am quite active on both sides.

I am able to create on-the-spot RP quite easily and can improvise when needed.

I also absorb information easily for the most part, so it should not take me too long to get used to the role.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
General goal of Site Admin is to make sure the site is not going to shit, making sure all aspects of the site are properly working. This can involve many aspects, such as failing departments, departments with less engagement, or departments lacking RP. You are supposed to help create RP for departments, whether it is them coming to you or you coming to them with ideas. They can still deny those ideas.

-Tribunals of staff that are not an Ethics issue or an FLC violation. An example would be if they are deemed unfit for duty. However, it is rarely done at the moment, even if it is in the official document.
- Handling site policies, updating outdated ones, creating new ones, and deleting old ones depending on the circumstances, such as whether issues around the site have died down or new ones have appeared. This is done along with Foundation Command, ECM+, and O5+.
- Making sure departments are running as they should, along with MTF units.
- Appointing directors of departments besides ISD.
- Appointing MTF commanders besides A-1 and O-1.
- Authorizing AA when appropriate.
- Auditing failing departments and figuring out why they are failing, helping them get back up to standard.
- Reviews of departments.
- Supervising GOI relations.
- Rarely used by Site Admin, either because it rarely happens or because Site Admin does not get involved, but authorization of partial site closures for trainings and events.
- Appointing Site Admin staff/management.
- Being a liaison for a chosen department that is not ISD.
- Being the first point of contact for departments, meaning you should help to the best of your ability with what they are bringing to you.
- Handling on-site emergencies as they appear, as soon as they can be handled.
- Managing department performance.
- Authorization of tests that are not an Ethics issue.

Should I need to provide further explanation on any of these matters, please mention it and I will reply below.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
