No kicks or bans but a warning for RDM as a d-class.


What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
I am applying for O5-4 with the code name being "The Doctor", I am applying because i have wanted a higher clearance job being either ethics or the O5 council since i joined the server, it started as a step in medical getting to consultant which has enhanced my RP knowledge on the server meaning i am able to RP with all departments making my engagement on the server much higher than if i was a combative role.


What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I am the best candidate for the O5 Council as i have alot of previous RP experience meeting with all departments making sure people get the best treatment i can give them. I have knowledge in how to create amazing RP situations. Having previous experience in the medical department means i have alot of roleplay situations i have been either the leader of or a helper in. I am a really creative person which will help when situations are brought to me by other overseers and overseer assistants. I have not held a Sr CL4 Job which means i will give a new


What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
The Responsibilities of the O5 Council are:​

• To create roleplay scenario for all departments on Site 65​
• To create orders overseer assistants are meant to follow​
• To call in additional support in the form of ERT if the site is in a dire situation​
• To call a code black if it needed to be called to make sure all the non combative staff are safe​
• If the site results in an unwinnable situation to activate the alpha warhead a nuclear device capable of killing everything​
• The Council provides support to other site leadership roles such as side administration and the ethics department if it is needed​
• Getting Overseer Assistant to carryout tasks in their place in situations where it is not safe for a Council member to be seen​

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
The O5 council is responsible for OOC:​

• High requirement applications such as overseer assistant, A-1 Commander, and other departmental leadership​
• You are expected to uphold the code of conduct ensuring the rest of the site follows it​
• Through SA make sure every department is performing most optimally without issues​
• Meet with Ethics when removals or punishments are needed to be handed out.​

Please give some lore about your O5 character and what storylines they would be involved in:
My O5 Character - Otto Grosvenor is a #### year old man born in the south of England born in Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital to mother Mabel and father Alfred. Growing up Otto always had a fascination towards medicinal practices, in school he never stopped his studies his nose was always in a book. at age ## he started working at the same hospital that gave him life that is until the war broke out, he was forced to join he hated killing thought it to be barbaric useless actions he tried his hardest to stay off the front lines leaving it for the lower men he stayed in the hospitals making sure the people on the front line were alive to continue fighting, it got to a point where he did not have a choice to fight when the makeshift hospital he was working in was raided by five savages with guns, He picked up the closest weapon to him and just shot he hits the closest man to him fires again and just grazes the second man he thought he was dead so he ran as far as he could bullets whizzing past his head. On that day he knew violence was not a choice but a necessity. He first heard about the SCP foundation while traveling in Canada, he overheard some some people talking about this site under the ground that keeps all sorts of mystical creatures, he thought the man was going crazy that is until he was approached by a man in a nice suit, a suit too nice to be worn in the area he was. The man told him he knew who Otto was, he knew everything about him even some details he knew he told no one and even forgotten himself, he asked Otto if he wants to join a company as a doctor, he needed a job so he said yes immediately not even knowing what the job was. Eventually he was there in the site the "mad" man was talking about, it was all real and his only job was to medicate people.

My Character would focus on the medical side of the Overseer Council ensuring all CL4 and CL5 members have proper medical care without someone interrupting or people who should not be involved being there.​

I feel like your missing Sr. CL4 experience and only having a quite limited range of Jr. CL4 experience doesn't help it at all. I unfortunately haven't had any real situations with you so can't judge you on that, however I believe that getting a leadership position (Sr. CL4) first is gonna help you a lot by showing you the actual management aspect that comes with a Sr. CL4 / CL5 spot. I'm not gonna talk about the Application but based alone on the experience, I dont believe that you are currently ready to be in a CL5 role.

I don’t believe that you would have the necessary skill set/knowledge base to become an O5 as it stands, you most certainly need to have Sr CL4 experience to have a chance of becoming O5. I would highly recommend applying for site administration before attempting any CL5 application.

For a CL5 application it’s very poor. bullet points won’t cut it. If you have a look at other applications you will see of much effort has been put into them.

Finally could you please share what major roleplay you have created as your time as a consultant.

This application is very barebones and you haven't even finished the sentence "I have not held a Sr CL4 Job which means i will give a new.."

You have very limited experience for roleplay leadership as that stems from departmental lead positions and Site Administration. If you are a Consultant, to my knowledge the opportunity for Director is available so that may be a better option for you.

And I will be as honest as I can be about the lore, it is incredibly underwhelming, especially when you have this:

This just makes no sense people would be casually chatting about these things. I think you need to research and understand the SCP Foundation's Command purpose a bit more.

You have also missed out a lot of responsibilities, I'd recommend looking at some other previous successful applications to understand what the Council are there for.

I Appreciate all of your guys suggestions on how to improve my application, with all this i now feel i have push my application out before i should have so i will be rescinding it if i can.
