I believe my prior experince in these roles even if they were on the US server allows me a certain insight of how an OSA is really supposed to act versus how some that never had that role before acts when they do get it. You shouldnt undermine people when they have real concerns or have genuine interest in Rping with ya. Because your a representative of the people of floor 3. It shouldnt be tainted by bad interactions and i do admit that i get very passionate about that in good and bad ways since their is always 2 sides to a coin. I care about the people who make up the site and they deserve to be heard and taken seriously, Thats why as a Medical Consultant i sometimes get mad when a patient´s rights are abused, You never should violate or damage a person´s diginty because Human dignity is inviolable.

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
Because i find it important that the people of the Site are looked after and properly guided, I do have the needing experince why i admit myself has become a little rusty because its not used at the extent as it once was. I do realise that one might think im only doing this to pull rank or for my own benefit. Wich im not, speaking whole heartly. I have experinced a huge injustice on my time on the US site. and i carry that with me but i use it as motivation, Nobody should be treated like their lesser than others just because of how other people see them. My Time here has shown me that the best thing you can ever do is treat people with proper care and respect and that you shall always foster Good enjoyable RP with people, so that they have a good time here and have the ability to bloom
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Willhelm Goldberg didnt come to Site-65 as a cadet or trainee, he came as a D-class. He had been charged with murder and had gotten the punishment of living the rest of his life in prison (under german law). He thought he was done, that the world would pass by him and let him rot in a cell. That was until he was given the offer of a 30 Day Trial phase, where he would be moved to a diffrent place and serve that time in exchange of freedom. It was an offer he wouldnt.. couldnt refuse. The next thing he remembers is waking up in the D-Block wearing a jumpsuit with the numbers D-5806. He was exposed to the behaviour of a typical GSD ignoring or even insulting D-class. calling them lesser. calling them Disposable. That angered him but he didnt say anything. During his 30 days, he had somehow gotten a internship with ISD, near his 30th day he was offered a position as a ISD agent, wich he took. Though due to personal experinces within ISD, he had moved to the medical department, It showed ways to help people and care for them instead of putting them in cells. He started to enjoy his time in the Site Finally, He quickly moved from Trainee to sr doctor, where he lead multiple surgery. (mostly bullet wounds or broken noses from GSD). and he became a Consultant now aiding the department more actively and always making sure that proper materials that were needed for the care of our people was available. So naturally he took on the speciality of a Emergency Response Cordinator, if Willhelm was given the chance of becoming an OSA he would adapt and continue on his care for the people even when he has to keep a more formal image now.

- I got a LTARP (March 8th, 2024) Ban because i left the server while unknowingly being looked for by the ISD Department
- I got a Micspam (July 13th, 2024) Warn because i played music while we were waiting for a Code Black to be over in the Garage
- I got a RDM (November 20th, 2024) Warn because I killed a ISD Member while he was trying to Combatcuff me
- I got a RDM (April 27th, 2025) Warn because i had killed the wrong D-Class while i was GSD on the catwalk

- OSAs authorize the use of the Advanced Armory, if the need is be
- Holding up a proper image since they represent the Council
- Pass judgement onto Research / Testing
- Serve the Council to the best of they´re ability
