and also my brother was banned for 16 weeks all because i share games with him i think but idk why he was banned

You can stay banned.

You are clearly lying in your appeal - Your "brother" tried to connect 4 minutes after you were banned for severe toxicity and used the exact same computer as you.

I suggest you use this extended period of time to reflect on your actions and come back a better person.

Just because you tried to deceive us, you may not appeal this ban again.
