Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I am applying as I would like to get back into the swing of things as a CL4; I would also like to advance up the ranks of ISD as I think it is an interesting department to create/experience RP in. I would again like to unleash my ideas for RP and I think ISD fits well for this and my plans. I also would like to be able to guide people and make people see ISD in a more positive light in general and make ISD cool and hip n whatnot.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I believe my experience and general wisdom/judgement that was built up from this experience makes me more than suited for the role. My experience in other similar advisory roles would translate well to this one, as it is one of the easier ones just generally making sound decisions, being there to answer some of the lower ISD agents questions with correct/sound answers, and just in general making good shot calls for important cases/scenarios. My RP experience (being in multiple Cl 4 roles and 1 CL 5 role) would also make me an excellent pick as I know how to RP and I know how to do it well; I know what makes a good scenario and a bad/slop one. I can deliver a good scenario if I want to and I can do it with ease.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An ideal Inspector is a person who can take bullshit and still give good results. Generally they have a sound head that can make good decisions with the grand knowledge that they have. Their knowledge of the FLC and subsequently both of the Code books (conduct & ethics) will allow them to make fair and correct judgement in arrests/prosecution in tribunals. Their impartiality is the key defining trait being a neutral and fair hand of the judicial branch of the site; not favoring one side or the other but liking/hating neither. The most important trait of all is the ability to push up the lower agents and assist them with their duties and advise them with near impeccable advice and knowledge.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have really only truly written one major document and that was a sampling request form for site admin when I was a site advisor. It was built upon by different era of site advisors and directors and to my knowledge before I took my break it was still used. It was meant for some simple bureaucracy RP and was meant to make multiple people involved in sampling RP. As for the other part; what makes a document good in quality is how good it looks and if it gets the point across. If it is properly formatted, has substance to it, and explains itself properly as to why it is being utilized/its purpose then it is a good quality document.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
As I have said previously, you are meant to be a more sound head in the department with more trust on your judgement in general. You are to hold your core duties IE following/adhering to the books (CoE/CoC/FLC) and delivering justice not to others but to make sure your lower people in the department are also following the standard and punishing/removing them if they are not. You are also trusted in handling cases for tribunals in the way of you are the one spearheading the case or handed the case to prosecute someone in a court of law in that; you will either speak for/write for/direct/(or) deliberate in externals during the case to make sure that you reach your desired verdict.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I would be an excellent holder of the position due to my previous leadership experience and RP leader experience. I know how to handle misfits well and direct them well to make sure they can either due their duties or make sure they can execute the orders they need to do. I can create RP on the fly or plan good RP in advance either working with multiple people to get things done/have interesting things happen or just have a good and enjoyable experience happen.
