Content Suggestion Remove Nuke Giving Warfunds

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make it so when a nuke goes off, Foundation doesn’t receive warfunds for recontaining SCPs.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I saw.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Foundation aren’t rewarded for failing to recontain SCPs.
- Foundation has to get warfunds legitimately.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Foundation gets less warfunds.

Based on the Positives Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Recently on USA server, Foundation has nuked like 9 times in the last 2 weeks give or take. This ends up giving them warfunds for some reason which it’s brought up some people thinking it is them farming warfunds. Either way it doesn’t make sense for them to gain warfunds when failing to do their job even if it is out of their control.

- Support for it taking away war funds, imo it would be far to easy for SCPs/CI to cause foundation to constantly be out of war funds

I’m telling you the whole issue with nukes right now is literally because foundation isn’t letting GOC in lol, we got maybe 1 nuke every other week and it’s been 9 nukes in last 9 days. Some days it’s happened twice.

The nuke is last resort and it’s being used way too much on US

They rely entirely on GOC now I guess. I breached 035 yesterday (LITERALLY JUST 035) and he caused a nuke. Anytime 079 or 035 breaches on US it’s pretty much auto nuke now as long as they are smart.

GOC is banned from site right now and isn’t doing breaches assistance. Nuke is being used just so much

It took me 3 months and 4 days, making it to o5-2 before I ever nuked...
Everytime I was on a nuke never happened, I was cursed...

+Support Nukes should not be rewarded as for why we (US Site) have so many nukes there's a platitude of reasons GOC not being invited on site as of right now is just the straw that nuked the camels back
