None.
Why are you applying for Site Director?
I am applying for Site Director to further Site Administration in its management over the Site. My time as Site Manager as well as Site Advisor for over a total of 5 months now has let me gather enough experience to feel confident in myself to handle the position of Site Director. With this position I am planning to develop Site Admin further to continue being able to deal with the issues around the Site in a reliable way while also providing roleplay. For this, I have multiple plans with two of them being crucial to it. Like in my previous application, I want to implement monthly interviews with Jr CL4 and CL3 roles to evaluate the state of each department and be on top of issues before they cause too many troubles. The other plan, which I also have already mentioned in my last application, is to create more roleplay between Site Admin and the departments. Instead of SA just giving out projects for the departments to do, both should work closely on these projects. This not only pushes for more roleplay on the Site but also more interactions between SA and the departments which also helps with communication and awareness.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
My time not only inside of Site Admin but also as Director of Research has given me many opportunities and chances to learn from throughout which I have continued to improve. This includes my leadership abilities and problem-solving skills which I have worked on during that time. I talk to people involved in the issue, get their view on it regardless of their rank or position and consult with others to make the best decision possible as I believe teamwork and communication being key to solving issues. Nobody can always make every decision by himself every time. If any of my decisions go the wrong way, admit my errors, reflect upon them and learn from them to do better next time. I focus on the solution rather than the problem itself and do this as unbiased as possible.
For me, Site Admin still holds the primary responsibility of helping departments with their duties and provides guidance whenever it is required. This is still something that I believe in and something I want to continue with. That, however, does not mean that I would just let things be as they are as I already mentioned two of my plans for Site Admin that will make Site Admin more aware and proactive than it already is. Site Admin should be aware of issues and work towards fixing them before they cause too many trouble around the Site. My work inside of Site Admin mainly focuses on the “behind the scenes” matters. I have helped the last Site Director in many of his duties and issues, creating and maintaining some rosters like the E-11, Research or CRB ones as well as creating or reworking other documents like the Chemical Sheet and Foundation Ban Logs. If need to be, I am also willing to deal with difficult situations as I did multiple times already with the recent TRT situation being one example. Aside from that, I still create roleplay as a Site Manager as I have implemented projects with RSD, orders with E-11 and random situations on-site.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The responsibilities of Site Admin primarily lie in managing the Site together with its departments. Except for ISD and A/O, SA directly oversees every other department and MTF on-site, appoint their Department Leaders/Commanders and assist them when issues arise. Site Admin also manages inter-departmental relations, acting as a liaison when relations reach a critical point, and, together with DEA, GoI relations. Aside from that, members of SA are responsible for maintaining site-wide documents like the Site Hub, Emergency Management Guidelines and the Sampling Policies. On-site, any member of Site Admin can authorize many actions including the usage of AA, Code Black, KOS past airlock, raids on other GoI and allowing GoI on-site, D-Block sweeps and passive breaches.

[Application Interview – Excerpt 1]
Site Director █████:
“Hello, Department Director. How has your day been?”
Ryan:
“Good, thank you. And yours?”
Site Director █████:
“Not so bad. You are here for your interview, right?”
Ryan:
“Yes.”
Site Director █████:
“Please take a seat then. So, I am gonna ask you a series of questions. You can take your time with your answers, just answer truthfully.”
Ryan:
“Got it.”
Site Director █████:
“Then let’s get to it, shall we?”
[Application Interview – Excerpt 3]
Site Director █████:
“In your personnel file, it says that you have been involved in some kind of incident. Could you tell me about what happened?”
Ryan:
“You mean my experiment and the following breach?”
Site Director █████:
“Not that one. I’m talking about your discussion with the Council and its aftermath.”
Ryan:
“Do we have to go through that?”
Site Director █████:
“Yes, we have to.”
Ryan:
“Fine.”
[Audio Excerpt - #41/85]
O5-6:
“So you really believe that? That this will fail?”
Ryan:
“Yes, I do. This has the potential to not only just fail but reach the entirety of the Site.”
O5-6:
“On what basis do you make that claim?”
Ryan:
“On the basis of experience. I have done tests similar to this and all of them ended poorly, one of them even in a small incident. So, please just listen to me. Don’t do this.”
O5-6:
“Those tests failed because of the limited resources at your disposal. That, of course, is not of your fault but what we have is more than enough to limit the damage it could do.”
Ryan:
“You don’t understand. This is something that shouldn’t be meddled with.”
O5-6:
“And you don’t understand the severity of the situation we’re in. We have no other choice but to carry this out. With or without you. It will be done.”
[Application Interview – Excerpt 4]
Site Director █████:
“So you wanted to stop the test, is that right?”
Ryan:
“Yes. And failed.”
Site Director █████:
“Well, they know better now hopefully. Please continue.”
[Audio Excerpt - #66/31]
Ryan:
“Please, come in and take a seat. Thanks for taking the time.”
Site Advisor:
“Don’t thank me. If you call, I will help.”
Ryan:
“Well, there is one. Have you heard about the test that is being carried out as of right now?”
Site Advisor:
“Yes and I know of your discussion with -6. You know that we can’t change that.”
Ryan:
“I know. But could you at least let them know again? ‘Cause this is one hell of a shitshow we are gonna experience.”
Site Advisor:
“What do you mean?”
Ryan:
“I have done some tests of smaller scale and danger. One of those tests almost resulted in a breach.”
Site Advisor:
“How bad could this be? Realistically.”
Ryan:
“With their scale? It could inhabit the entire Site in a matter of hours.”
Site Advisor:
“Are you sure about this?”
Ryan:
“One-hundred percent.”
Site Advisor:
“Okay, here’s what’s gonna happen. I will talk to my superiors and get them to put some pressure on them. Even with all their power, they aren’t invincible.”
Ryan:
“Thank you. I hope you get through with-”
*multiple gunshots are audible*
Site Advisor:
“What the hell?!”
Ryan:
“Have they really done it?”
[Application Interview – Excerpt 5]
Site Director █████:
“You bunkered in your office?”
Ryan:
“Yeah, I mean there was no other choice.”
Site Director █████:
“Okay and how did you manage to get out?”
Ryan:
“Through cooperation and luck, I guess.”
Ryan:
“Are we here?”
Site Advisor:
“Yes. Close the door!”
Ryan:
“Finally. And now? Can we call for help from here?”
Site Advisor:
“I can try. ERT, can you read me?”
*radio chatter*
Site Advisor:
“We are currently located inside the Emergency Operations Center. Are you able to evac us from the Site?”
*radio chatter again*
Site Advisor:
“Okay, good luck.”
Ryan: “What did they say?”
Site Advisor:
“Situations is not clear but they will try later.”
Ryan:
“Later? What does later mean?”
Site Advisor:
“A couple of hours…”
Ryan:
“Fuck… Wait. Can you contact Medical from here?”
[Application Interview – Excerpt 6]
Site Director █████:
“So you, as the Director of Research, instructed the Medical Department to make a chemical solution using medicine that was distributed around the Site by ERT, right?”
Ryan:
“Yes.”
Site Director █████:
“Did it help?”
Ryan:
“Help? It exterminated it.”
Site Director █████:
“What exactly do you mean by exterminate?”
Ryan:
“What it did was accelerate the citric acid cyclus which…”
Site Director █████:
“English, please.”
Ryan:
“Okay, the chemical essentially put their metabolism into overdrive which eventually starved them to death.”
Site Director █████:
“How did you come up with this?”
Ryan:
“Experience and a lot of help from Medical.”
Site Director █████:
“Do you have any questions before we wrap this up?”
Ryan:
“No, not really.”
