Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I’m applying for Site Advisor because I’d like to take a step further and hopefully fill a Sr. Cl4 position now. I’ve spent the majority of my time as an Executive Researcher and as an Assistant, two positions I’ve loved wholeheartedly, but I never got the chance to be a department director or more. I think Site Administration would let me go further while allowing me to continue RPing with the people and departments I know. I think being able to "create" a new character that isn't my assistant would be a fresh start also, one I'm hopefully looking forward to.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I would say I’m pretty well known around the site; I regularly interact with the core departments such as GSD, ISD, RSD, and even the MTFs we have. During my time as an OSA, I’ve created RP with multiple departments, and even some with GOC while they were still around. I get along well with everybody I meet, and generally have absolutely no problems or grudges with anyone (Except evil CI).
While this would be my first Sr. CL4 position, and I’ve only been an Assistant and Researcher, I already give departments RP and something to do frequently. I attempt to keep relations between various departments like RSD and E-11 good by communicating between them, and I’ve known and worked with plenty of site advisors during my time playing on Civil, so I know how the site “functions,” so to speak. And I’m confident I could continue to keep the site functioning.
I'd also do my best to remain neutral at all times, as my primary focus is that of the site's wellbeing. Not the council, or the Committee, for once.
Finally, I am… Extremely available; I would say I’m available most of the time that nobody else can be, such as late or even extremely early in the day. In-game and out, most people could message or contact me and get a reply in a short amount of time.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?
Site Administration chooses department directors (Excluding ISD)
Appoints MTF Commanders, excluding alpha and omega 1
Can handle tribunals
Are emergency managers, authorizing AA, calling ERT, and codes
Can authorize tests that require Site Admin approval
Work with Foundation command to manage site policies
Audit departments
Supervise relations with external GOIs
Are the first point of contact for department personnel who are struggling or even lost, before they go higher
And of course, they help encourage and create RP around the site
Site administration is also supposed to be neutral in a sense, not siding with the council or ethics committee if I remember correctly.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Name: Everett Bellamy
Sex: Male
Age: 26
Height: 6'0" (183 cm)
Weight: 176 lbs (80 kg)
Build: Lean
Hair: Dark brown
Eyes: Hazel
Description:
Everett Bellamy is a Caucasian male of average to tall stature with a lean build. He typically maintains a well groomed appearance, with short dark brown hair and hazel eyes. His usual expression is neutral and reserved.
Bellamy generally maintains professional attire favoring dark, understated clothing. No significant physical abnormalities, distinguishing marks, or permanent injuries are documented in his current medical and personnel records.
Notable Characteristics:
Bellamy is frequently observed carrying a small black notebook and pen, which he uses for administrative notes and personal reminders. Alongside this, a challenge coin from the first site he was designated to during the beginning of his career with the foundation.
General Assessment:
Physically capable of performing standard Foundation administrative duties. No notable physical limitations currently documented.
Canada is a bit colder than I’d like, and quite a distance, but it would be a breath of fresh air. And an advancement in my career. I have until the end of the week, so I’m going to think on it when I wake up. This will also impede my work with SCP-158, which is why I am hesitant. But this is for the next day’s me to deal with.
(I’d like to eventually work with the Research Department to conduct some tests on an SCP-158, basically a mechanical arm that can remove, alter, or store someone's ‘Soul’ for later use. I’d like to see what 914 on 1:1 does, or, you know, mess with someone's soul.)

“This thing on?... Man, I need to stop talking to myself, or I need sleep… One of the two. But today I’ve been brought news from a let's see… Site-65, one in Canada. They are lacking a member of site administration, and I, of all people, have been offered the position.09/07/2026
