What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will read through the rules more thoroughly and I will not try to assassinate anybody I did not realize what I had done was fail RP or RDM (I didn't even know what this meant prior to the staff explaining it to me). I will make sure that may actions are not against any rules before I carry them out.
Why should you be unbanned: I realize what I did was wrong and i sincerely apologize for my actions. I did not take great enough care in ensuring that my actions were not only incorrect but also harming other members of the server. In my point of view I was following other incidents that I have seen on the site of people getting assassinated. These moments set a false precedent in my eyes that what I did was okay and not against the rules. In the rules that I read I also did not see my actions as against the FailRP rule due to assassinating somebody being something that anyone can carry out under any pretenses. The rule states " It's when someone acts in a unrealistic way that their character would not do. Decisions must be realistic and players must stay in character." In many real world cases the majority of assassinations and most hostile or violent crimes are committed by normal working people many of whom are not public about their stance. To not get too deep into it I believed that a character such as a chef should have been able to commit these crimes without external repercussions. I realize that this was a lapse of my judgement and after further reflection I understand how what i did was against this under many precedents. I am stating this in order to explain how I misunderstood the rules not to excuse my actions. I believe that I am a good member of this community and I have made many connections inside of civil networks. I did not mean to harm any of the amazing people of this community and my actions were purely out of misunderstanding and a want to mess around. I will not let this get the better of me again i really want nothing but to be a good member of the community and make my name in the story of Site-65. It is my birthday tomorrow and in my free time I was excited to play on the site and have a good day with all the people I've met and friendships/connections I've made. I am not here to make excuses and i understand the severity of my actions, I wish that some mercy may be taken on my first offence and there to be some understanding of my misunderstanding. After further consultation of the rules I have found that MRDM is to be applied to a ban when someone has 3 or less kills only if they have the intent to continue killing. I did not have this intent as after I had killed one person i proceeded to start to run away and put my gun down when i was shot and killed. I find that under my circumstances I do not fit the ban reasoning for MRDM.
