Whilst the concept seems like a good one when implemented as stated already above it will just lead to people late at night ripping files which isn’t really fair and for that reason at this moment I will be leaving a -Support.

You need to first gain some of a reputation within a department before going for a cl4 job. look into a department that you want to main and try and gain some type of position in it like in the case of GSD first go for like SGT or Officer and gain a reputation leading and doing other things.

Ok well even excluding that there are other issues that I have stated.

In your application you state some valid duties of a Site advisor however there are some that you are either mistaken about or a little vague about including the appointment of Senior CL4 the key part there is that SA interview for DPT lead roles excluding O-1 COM and ISD Director which is EC...
