I'd say the best bet is to have experience & make an application that makes people want to read it without wasting their time. That's 90% of the reason I don't read most of someone's app, since most of it is just pointless words that add nothing to the app. What I look for when I review apps...

Healing beams just gives more reason to team with CI instead of trying to kill them?? Why kill someone who is trying to get you more kills AND keep you alive, genuinely, outside of the rules forcing you to not team with them.

-Support SCPs with 20k health on average don't need healing. There's a reason why most have no health regen(unless you pay).
