Most roles on the server have weapon checkers. For other things like comms and chems etc its fine to use a bind, but you should not be able to do /me strips weapons and them not being able to use their weapons. Otherwise whats the point of having weapon checkers.

Its not like many D-Class actually try to escape to surface. Most of them just try to farm as many kills as possible. The only time D-Class should have it easy when escaping to surface is when CI get involved. Plus GENSEC are starting to deal with more stuff then D-Block so the loadout buffs are...
