TB it's fine but realistically any mammal with two thumbs can hit a jugg with its huge hitbox and negative speed

In a vacuum maybe this would work but promo cooldowns exist for a reason. Sure removing level reqs from a couple things might allow newer RPers to do that but realistically most of the level gated stuff is some of the least RP related or encouraging content we have

The reason it has low damage per bullet is because it has stellar accuracy/spread and best in class rof for rifles. On uk at least its the mets perma weapon for surface, while it might not beat a ghost r5 up close it's only real weakness is low headshot damage
