Never used != should be used; why do you think bodies like the Office of the Administrator don't exist normally for players to take the roles of?
These high-level "faction management" roles should be left to events only and shouldn't be introduced into normal gameplay.
the implementation? yeah, no?
>add a flag to a keypad to override the hacking cooldown
>add internal check in the TE-5 to check if that keypad has a hacking cooldown override
>flag now needs to be editable in the keypad config
>test implementation
>code review
>implementation
>setup
I pray for your sense of patience
This seems like the cost outweighs the benefit - sure you can practice hacking 20 seconds earlier, but it's not worth the development time at all to implement and configure that
They are. AO are both MTFs with their own purpose and their clearance level or authority doesn't supersede that of the other MTFs, then again, I'm only an O-1 Major. What do I know?
Fundamentally their duties are massively different. One is an armored battalion-strength task force that operate...
Source? I don't think it states anywhere really about specific Clearance Levels for MTF lol
clearance level 3.5 does not exist at all
Because they're two fundamentally different roles with different purposes

point is; people are...

I think this is an appropriate change and better reflects Nu-7's actual statistics, being a battalion-strength task force with hundreds of men. Reducing the amount of CL3 roles on the server should be something that occurs, because when everyone is special - no one is special.
This...
Let's make one of the worst systems to be added to the server even worse by making it 100x more accessible and removing any hope or chance for RP to occur with it
